scammers, asked for a refund for a faulty product with warranty several times and i got copy-pasted replies telling me to get it repaired myself, im gonna sue them

not accessible from Hong Kong for months now and I cannot get my key back.

About 2 weeks ago I bought a gaming keyboard from bzfuture and I paid for 3-10 day shipping. Now over 14 days later I have still not received it. They stopped emailing me about my concerns about my purchase and will not refund the extra money I spent on faster shipping. It is ridiculous that they are even a store I do not understand how with this terrible service. It’s ridiculous!

I saw a bundle of McAfee antivirus 1-year subscription + Windows 10 pro product key with a very unbelievable price that made me skeptical, but I though it to be worth the risk so I bought it. Right away, the confirmation of order mail arrived, and a few minutes later I had the keys. Of course I tried one of them immediately, worked like a charm, while still saving the other. I hope they keep these prices and bundles and they will be great.
