当該企業による記述

Bzz is a digital restaurant waitlist app, table reservation system, and queue management software that turns wait time into revenue. Built for busy restaurants, bars, cafes, and food halls, Bzz helps you manage walk-ins, take online table bookings, and seat guests faster — all from one easy-to-use dashboard, with no expensive hardware to buy or install. Looking for a modern alternative to clunky restaurant pager systems and pay-per-text SMS waitlists? Bzz replaces physical buzzers with a free virtual pager that works in any web browser. The moment a table is ready, guests get a real-time browser notification with an audio chime and device vibration — no app to download and no SMS fees. Guests join your live waitlist or check in by simply scanning a QR code or tapping an NFC tag at the door. What makes Bzz different from other restaurant booking and queue management systems is built-in in-wait marketing. While guests wait, you can show them targeted promotions, appetizer and drink specials, happy hour deals, and review requests directly on their phone — increasing average spend and table turnover before guests are even seated. Key features of this restaurant reservation and waitlist software include: an online table booking system with email confirmations to reduce no-shows; a drag-and-drop floor plan editor to manage seating in real time; a digital waitlist with up to 25 live browser buzzers; two-way guest messaging; GPS verified presence to stop ghost reservations; real-time analytics, wait time tracking, and peak occupancy reporting; multi-location and team account support for restaurant groups and franchises; and white-label custom branding. Whether you run a single independent bistro or a multi-site casual dining group, Bzz is the all-in-one restaurant waitlist and reservation management platform built to reduce walk-aways, improve guest experience, and grow revenue. A free plan is available, with affordable paid plans starting at just $10.99/month and scaling to $26.99/month — no cover fees, no per-seat charges, and no long-term contracts. Get started for free and turn every wait into a sales opportunity.

Their support team is extremely kind

Their support team is extremely kind and helpful. We were one of their first customers so they spent a whole 2h in the restaurant helping us set up effective ads. The owner personally dropped in for a meal 3 months later to check how we were doing. I suggested a feature and within two weeks they added it to our plan free of charge. Can't ask for more, way better than paying triple the cost for a faceless company's product. Customer for life!

Been a great experience so far

Been a great experience so far, we have some new summer cocktails on our menu and some customers have been literally trying to order them while they wait. Need to play around with it some more but will definitely help our check size.
