We are sorry to hear you had trouble cancelling your Premium Membership. The cancellation process is made easy by filling out the cancellation form that you can find on our websites homepage, before logging in.
Please note that if we had received your emails with the necessary details, we would of course have replied and assisted you. We also do not operate a call centre, support is handled through written customer service channels.

We take the authenticity of profiles very seriously and have systems in place to detect and remove suspicious or fake accounts. Members are also encouraged to report any profiles they suspect to be fake, which helps us keep the community safe and genuine.

Nothing is added or changed at the last moment. All prices, the total amount, and the subscription terms are shown on the checkout page before the payment is completed. The charge always reflects the option that was selected and confirmed during checkout.
