Been a year or so - and despite telling them I’d go to court .. what came in the mail… mediation letter - claiming I deserted the site.. News to me!! I had a trail and it ended - end of.. they are only willing to advise on the cancellation AFTER they have your details.. My biggest issue is that women can cancel at a touch of a button- but men who pay can’t.. because we pay and they don’t- however the cancellation process is wholly flawed and constitutes sexual discrimination.. so, my advice is to tell your bank your card has been compromised- and stop your payments.. if, I get anymore letters I will class this as harassment.. take me to court via proper lawyers-it’s going to cost you….
