Avoid at all costs!
I paid £310 for a so-called deep clean of a small one-bedroom flat, and what I received was completely unacceptable.
The floors were not even mopped, let alone scrubbed. The bedroom was barely touched, cobwebs were left behind, and nothing â absolutely nothing â resembled a deep clean. They picked up rubbish and ran a hoover and called it a day.
To make matters worse, the cleaners threw away my personal property, including my bathtub and sink water stoppers and exercise items, specifically one of my cricket pads, while inexplicably leaving the other one behind. My shower was damaged, and my brand-new broom disappeared. The flat was left in a poor state despite the high price charged.
The cleaners were loud, rude, and ignored instructions, showing zero professionalism. I even provided them with food, and they did not have the basic courtesy to say thank you.
After taking my money, the company has completely ignored me. I have called the office repeatedly and sent messages with no response. Once you pay the deposit, they automatically take the remaining balance, whether the job is finished or not, and then stop responding.
This was a waste of money, time, and energy. I was left with an unfinished job, damaged and discarded items, and total silence from the company.
