I just got my order - bra.. horrible it claimed it was a push up but it let everything flop. The material cheap, the pearl earrings and ring are fake and cheap looking. However there is fake white diamond earrings that look stunning.
Bottom line you Berger really know what ur going to get when u order.

I didn't get all of my order wrong color of pant they are fraud

Refunds are supposed to be free but they don't tell you that they arbitrarily select an amount less that what you actually paid. It is impossible to get the customer service bot to help and there is no contact phone number. Stay away from this company. This will be my first and last order with them.

I've received less than half of the items I've ordered.

I ordered two fruit fly traps with bait, but I only received one trap and no instructions.

I ordered two Polo shirts and a mesh cat scoop. I've received one Polo shirt and don't expect to receive my other items.

I request everyone to stay away. They are biggest fraud in the market. As per policy I returned 2 items within the time frame and they did not refund. The size were wrong and I have lost my time and money. I have complaint and they lied that we did not return with in 90 days. Fraud company , pathetic customer service . Stay away from this company. Cheatersssss. I am going to spread everywhere and will make sure they shut down this pathetic company asap. Get out from Canada atleast.

I use to like SHEIN but now they are so bad, I bought a set of 10 bracelets and I receive only 8 I contacted them and they wanted me to return them and off on want them again I have c to buy them again. I told them that is not right, I paid for the bracelets and some other things and now I don’t need anything else and it’s not my fault to that I received 2 but they sober care at all. After many messages telling them my point of view finally they said that they will cover the shipment but I don’t know if I should believe them or not. I think they will no do anything

Shein Canada I was a loyal customer of yours but no longer will I be one of your customers. I have been having issues with your new delivery contract service provided by Uni Uni. This company service is horrible. The drivers who work in my area are liars
They make false claims, and when you try to get a Supervisor to contact you, no one does
I sent your head office ( Shein Canada) an email and no answer from your company. You are in a business where customers come first
It is sad that you people are treating customers in this manner.
You have lost a customer who invested a lot in your company. Temu here comes a new customer thanks to Shein Canada and Uni Uni.

This company is so annoying. Keep sending me notices that I can't get rid of. Nowhere to unsubscribe. Not even a customer. They are a royal pain in the A$$. Guessing this is a Chinese company.

This is the last time I use this stupid retailer. MY package never arrived yet they say it was delivered. Checked all over the property and nothing. Now I can't even reach customer service so I could get refunded. 100% do not recommend. Better off using Amazon or Temu.

I been Ordered a lot from SHEIN but lately I missing my order, trying many times to complain but no answer by the time now they said items expire to complain, there no way I can email or call or chat directly with customer services, only robot

I ordered 2 bodysuits and a dress under my daughter’s name but the body suits were small and when I tried to return them they said you can’t.
Also the dress I ordered has damage too
I was very sad it was the first time I ordered but I will never order again. I was planning to order more stuff but when they didn’t care about that the dress was damaged I decided not to order I paid almost $100 thank you anyway

People, be careful!! Don't make purchases in this store!!! Total fraud!!! They don't want to return money for goods that I didn't open!!! They say that I damaged them!!! How??? If I didn't even open it!!! It is impossible to prove otherwise!!! Terrible communication with customer support!!! Nothing can be done, they always answer the same thing!!!

Almost a month now Shein. Where's my orders. I sent you emails to your customer service Almost every day but no answer at all.

I received an email stating my order had been delivered. I had not received my parcel which was in total a cost of £97. Upon contacting SHEIN they then eventually replied stating my parcel had been delivered and there was nothing they could do further. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting not going to order again from this company.

I ordered end of April and have not received my order YET! Cannot get any one to help me and give my money back.Never Again!

SHEIN has no customer service whatsoever. Previously, they used to have a phone number to contact them but now they don’t even have that. I keep on creating messages on the website, but they never responded. Previously, when I ordered, there were a few things missing, but I kind of ignored it at that time. This time when I ordered, they gave me a 20% discount on the products which were eligible for discount and then they charged the HST. However, when I returned some items, I did not receive the HST back. I Created three tickets on the website and sent them three emails, but They never addressed my concern about the HST and kept on repeating that your refund Amount is so and so which did not include the HST amount. I am extremely disappointed with the absolute lack of service and will not ever consider ordering anything from them.

I have been so happy with most of my items that I've bought, through multiple transactions. Any items that were not up to standard were easily sent back without any trouble. I am so surprised by how kindly I've been treated by Shein, and I am feeling grateful. I have much more confidence in placing orders with them now and will continue to do so. I was discriminated against by a Canadian company due to race, which they openly confirmed in an email. By comparison, Shein has treated me very well with no issues thus far, and it really stands out. I was very sick with a medical issue and received treatment for several years, and it was hard to feel beautiful. But so many of the items I've received make me feel just that and I have missed this feeling! Thank you so much.
