Awful company. I am in the process of trying to return two travel pillows and it's proving to be impossible. I keep getting emails from staff saying they are sorry I am unhappy but they still don't tell me the process of how to actually return the items. A shocking company to deal with. I would never use them again and. I would definitely not recommend them.
I placed an order three weeks ago, and the order hasn’t even been processed yet. I’ve been trying to contact customer care, but I can only get through to a chatbot on the site that always gives me the same response:
"Order Due to nationwide shipping volume, you may experience a delay in receiving your order. Please allow another business day to receive a tracking number.

Even though I ordered it a month in advance, I won’t be able to give it as a birthday present to someone eagerly waiting for it because he'll have a big trip coming up in a few days. Even more disappointing is being unable to contact anyone; they don’t care.
No order or Customer Care
Disappointing. Ordered a neck pillow and I was charged, but the item never arrived. When I emailed support they replied once to say the item was not going to be sent out due to error, but didn’t reply again when I asked for a refund. I ended up having to chargeback through my bank. Very shady company it seems!
