I cannot recommend Cactus Financial highly enough. As a first-time buyer, the whole mortgage process felt incredibly overwhelming at times, especially not knowing much about the industry and after speaking with several different mortgage brokers. From the very beginning, Damien stood out for all the right reasons.

His patience, professionalism, and willingness to explain every single detail made such a huge difference to me. No question ever felt too small, and he always took the time to offer clear advice and reassurance throughout the entire process. Buying a property can be stressful, but Damien made me feel supported and confident every step of the way.

I 100% recommend Cactus financial. They helped me through the process of my flat purchase and they were on top of the situation without being overbearing.
