CADHAM PHARMACY レビュー 

Had the misfortune to get what I thought was a chest infection. My GP surgery advised going to Cadham pharmacy. Made an appointment to speak to someone who listened to my chest and prescribed anti biotic. This did not work and went back for another type of anti biotic. This also failed to make any difference. Spoke to Bernie at the shop who advised me to make another appointment and she would get a specialist nurse to examine me. The nurse concluded that I had a virus that was causing inflammation in my chest and anti biotic would not work for this. She gave me course of steroids which started working within 24 hours. This did the trick. I was skepitcal at first about using a pharmacy for something like this but I was wrong. Thank you so much for making me feel well again.

What fantastic service I was given today, had a medical issue and was see very promptly, given medication to aide me whilst on business. Thank you so much to the male pharmacy who aided me and to Bernadette who was super helpful

Unreliable service, I have used this pharmacy for years now and always been happy with the service for repeat prescription, but over the last few months they have become unreliable not fulfilling prescription orders at all or only in part, when I queried this with the team in store I was told the missing items were never ordered, so I showed them the confirmation email from their own website stating the order was made, they then apparently ordered an urgent prescription, but I had to call after not hearing it was ready after 2 days, only to be told again there was no record of it being ordered. I emailed Bernie directly using the details on their site to ask why these errors were occurring and got no response after a week, so I emailed again to complain about the service and lack of response and again I have had no reply. The service is poor, they don't care when they make mistakes, it's not acceptable to ignore customers with genuine queries about issues with them fulfilling their basic function of ordering and issuing vital medication.

Dont use this pharmacy, I don't know where they've gone wrong, but they cannot provide a reliable and trustworthy service anymore.

Excellent service. I booked online at 0930 and had my appointment at 1015. Caring and empathetic staff.

I had to go to the chemist last week for a chest infection.i was seen within 10 minutes and given my prescription.Unfortunately i had to call back on Friday as i still have the cough,again i was seen within 10 minutes by the nurse.Prescription in the robot
in the afternoon.I cannot praise the
chemist enough.I have found the service second to none.The community must be very grateful this service is available on our door step.

It seems overstaffed and badly run. Staff wandering about and one person serving with a queue of up to seven people. It's a tiny place with nothing for sale or to see apart from glass achievements. You expect a pharmacy to have medications, creams, dressings, bandages etc on display for perusal and purchase. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Is this the modern way for our ageing population? No thank you...

The service that Berni and her team deliver is second to none . So professional , supportive and welcoming. I choose to contact the pharmacy now before calling GPs both myself and my daughter seen today for a same day appointment seen quickly and efficiently both provided with the best professional treatment and prescriptions ready for us leaving . I have never had anything but the best experience . Always looking for ways to improve to work well with patients . Thank you so much .

Sometimes it’s very very busy I think reception could do with a tweek but when Bernadette the owner is on duty it works great . A few times she has helped us out and it’s very much appreciated. Thanks again.

I have no words left to describe how unhappy I have been with this Pharmacy over a period of 1 year !
Initially, I got a Med of a Brand that worked well for my condition but then they give a different Brand Med that leaves me feeling “pretty rubbish” and tell me they couldn’t Source the original Brand because of issues with Manufacturers ( as if somehow that information is a satisfactory answer ?)
This is despite telling me they have my request for the original Brand on their Computer / telling me that there will be no problem in the future and having a full month to Source it before the next Collection
This has happened 7/8 times over the year - to the extent that I have absolutely zero confidence in their abilities !
I think that they expect me just to say “ Ah well you can’t Source the Brand that works for me and you are going to give me one that doesn’t really work but because you can’t source ( more often than not ) the original one then that’s perfectly OK “ ??? And somehow or other I’m being unreasonable??
I don’t think so !!!
I contacted the Pharmacy person at the Medical Centre and again no help whatsoever - no surprise there then ?
I am now on some Generic Tablet which is “ just this side of ok” but not nearly as good as the original Med
My experience at this Pharmacy has been dreadful - excuse after excuse/ promise after promise for well over a year and still no further forward ?
I get the distinct impression from them that all of the above is an on going acceptable way of working / dealing with issues without actually resolving the problem !

It is a small but very busy pharmacy with friendly, accommodating and professional staff. They took their time to listen and find the best treatment options for me. It was wonderful and comforting to receive a treatment from such an understanding and experienced professional, Bernie, who can relate to her clients and deals with her patients with professionalism, kindness, trust and respect. My treatment is still ongoing and I'm looking forward to it's completion soon. Highly recommend this pharmacy!
