The product came as described, I have no complaints about that.
The reason I'm rating them 4 stars is because their shipping policy states they send within 3 working days, and in the end the shipment ended up taking more than 2 weeks. I wrote them an email to ask about the state of my delivery and they promptly replied with a shipment date later than 3 working days, later than even a week, and in the end the package was shipped one day after the assured date. Súper buena actitud siempre al conectar por mensaje o Instagram, creo que cuentan con excelente servicio al cliente. Pero lamentablemente mi orden tardó entre 3 y 4 semanas en llegar y el segundo paquete llegó incompleto.

One of the things I consider as a priority is happiness and that’s what I receive every time I get a sip of my coffee. Their coffee is simply one of the best I ever tried in town. Just a exquisite coffee bean. If you wanna feel happy after a cup of amazing coffee, definitely this is the place to get it!

Tuvimos un inconveniente con la máquina de esspreso pero lo resolvieron rápidamente. Los insumos que constantemente adquirimos son de buena calidad.

My sale never was send and i writhe a thon of email and never get an aswer, then when i was able to contact you on instagram they send me the package but now my package never change status

Mi experiencia de compra no fue como lo esperaba. Mi pedido demoro aproximadamente 20 días en llegar. La comunicación no fue muy clara durante el proceso y hay pocos medios para hacerlo. Mi sugerencia:
1. Tener mas información de contacto en su pagina web al igual que una dirección fiscal para saber donde están ubicados.
2. Ser mas claros y honestos con el estatus del proceso de los pedidos. Si los pedidos regularmente demoran cierto tiempo en ser despachados, informar en su pagina para que no uno como cliente no este especulando.
3. Tener un horario de atención a clientes con números telefónicos para que sea mas transparente el proceso de compra y clarar dudas.
Al final mi producto llego en excelentes condiciones y sin inconvenientes. Espero mejores ya que la selección de productos es excelente y conveniente para tener en un solo lugar.

I haven´t received my order yet after 3 weeks and no one knows what happened to my cups. Site looks sketchy, with pocho language and product descriptions that are copied from their corresponding official webpages. It would be better for the customer to choose the preferred language. I feel deceived and not trusting to buy anything else. Forget about buying something more expensive.

They are fast and transparent. And if you have any trouble, they will get back to you and help you solve it as soon as possible. Great customer service, can not recommend enough.

Lots of communication via e-mail and through Instagram. Always felt the interest in making the experience easy and trustworthy.
