I ordered from cafemanchao.com on June 9, 2026. The order was marked "complete" in their system on June 24, but I was never given a tracking number and the product never arrived.
I contacted them through their website around June 18 — the only response was an automated system email. I emailed them again on June 30 explaining I still hadn't received anything and warning I would dispute the charge. No response to either message.
As of July 8 — almost a month after ordering — I have no product, no tracking, and no reply. I've had to open a PayPal claim to get my money back. I can't recommend buying from a company that takes payment, provides no shipping information, and ignores its customers.
