Toby is the most personable and amazing person to work with. He created my wedding and engagement rings and is always flexible and communicative with the process. He is incredibly talented and we will continue to use him for any of our gemstone needs!

They scheduled a private appointment to understand our preferences and needs, dedicating time to help us find the perfect ring. Their commitment to ensuring our satisfaction at every stage was impressive and genuinely appreciated.

We needed a necklace as a present from my mum for my wedding. We went to a lot of jewellery shops in Hatton Garden, probably as much as 10 and we could not find a better quality And better price as much as Cairn Diamonds.

Cairn were brilliant (like the diamond). They were helpful, proactive and perfectly made the ring design I had set out for from the start despite knowing how hard some of it may be to achieve. They were able to do it with beautiful craftsmanship as well as just lovely and reliable service. If you need actual help and not someone selling to you for the sake of it without caring, Cairn are the people for you.
