I am extremely disappointed with my experience at cake inn.

We ordered a gender reveal cake for a once-in-a-lifetime occasion, only for the entire surprise to be ruined. The blue colour was visible on the outside of the cake when we opened the box. completely defeating the purpose of the reveal.

To make matters worse, when the cake was brought out, the staff member had a crumpled piece of paper in her hand with blue marker pen on it, essentially spoiling the surprise before we even cut the cake. When questioned, she denied it, even though it was clearly true. This level of carelessness is completely unacceptable.

This was meant to be a special and emotional moment for our first child, and instead, we were left frustrated, upset, and disappointed. Adding to the frustration, we were planning to go live on Instagram for the reveal, but now we already know we are having a boy, so we have to pretend we don’t know just to salvage the event.

Even worse—after 10 days, the company has not even responded to my email, which is downright disrespectful. A business that fails to take responsibility for such an obvious mistake should not be trusted for important occasions.!!

At the very least, I expect a full refund and an explanation for how such an oversight occurred. This experience has been beyond disappointing, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere if they want their special moments handled with the care they deserve.

Clearly they don’t care about customers reviews as they don’t reply to negative reviews either. Bad company

We really enjoyed eating the cake for Christmas and suddenly we found a hair in the cake that my wife was eating. So not nice !

I placed and Oder in advance for 4 o’clock, and when went there at around 4:15 my Oder wasn’t ready, they didn’t even make it. I had to wait for around a hour to get my Oder. They could have called to tell me my Oder wasn’t ready so I would have wait instead of going there. I was really disappointed.

Cake was ready in time to collect, I had ordered chocolate sponge for my child which turned out great and everyone loved it and all kids wanted more of it, it was neither too seeet which was an added benefit
