I wrote a review on their site (twice!), rating them 3 stars, since they refuse to publish it, I thought I'd come here and rate them 1 star!
The bag I bought is really cute, a little misshapen, but cute. My problem is that the print (the very reason I bought the bag) started rubbing off after only using it for a week.
So yeah, I rate the bag 3 stars, but since they won't publish my honest review, I'm giving them 1 star

I purchased a printed sweatshirt and it arrived damaged form the cheap plastic bag shipping package. Customer service was rude and would not even hear my concern. Now that I try and return it - they say it is past the time I am able to. I would avoid this store and order Disney apparel from another licensed company. Not worth your time or energy. Too bad Disney doesn't do anything about all the poor comments about this company.

Received a defective product. First time hand washing and the shirt bled destroying the yellow shirt. I wash all my clothes delicately when they are new so it was not user error. Customer service couldn’t even address me by my name and just told me “sorry about that” and that’s it. Never identified whom I was speaking to. I waited 2 months to get this shirt and they have the nerve to say I damaged it when in the wash. FAULTY PRODUCT as a shirt should not bleed like that or should have a warning on the label. Real unprofessional will not purchase from their website specifically anymore as they hire unprofessional employees who don’t care if you are a loyal customer.

Ordered 2 items in August, I didn't know at the time that one was a pre-order as it wasn't stated until I checked back a few weeks later and then saw that the shirt I really wanted had sold out and the tote I ordered just to get the most out of the shipping fees to Canada was now a pre-order. The package just arrived here yesterday in November and I was charged for both things but only the tote bag was in the package. I wrote customer service and they said they had been shorted from the factory and refunded me the shirt. My issue is the shirt was in stock at time of ordering and a friend who only ordered the shirt the same day as me did receive theirs. So NO, you guys had them but instead of setting one aside for me until my pre-order came in like you're SUPPOSED to do, you just got greedy and sold it. It bothers me that they then just charged me for it hoping I wouldn't notice. Sure I got a refund, but just feels like a really crappy and shady way to do business. Not going to buy from them again, it's too much of a gamble. If you do buy from them buy the in stock stuff on its own and you'll have a better chance of actually getting it.

I made an order in August that they didn't ship until October--one item was being held up, apparently, but I only found this out after repeatedly reaching out to them. When they finally shipped the other items that I ordered back in August, they told me that they oversold one item and I wouldn't even be getting it after months of waiting. They also didn't respond when I emailed about this. Don't expect to get your items in a timely manner, and don't even expect to get all of them.

overall a poor experience, wish they would actually have customer service that responds to inquiries in a reasonable timeframe

The quality and design is just perfect and beautiful! I am very happy and price is affordable. (I ordered Roger Rabbit mini backpack)

I’ve lost count of how many flannels I’ve purchased at this point. My husband jokes that it’s an addiction. My 11 year old knows when he sees a Cakeworthy package in the mail, it’s going to be something awesome! Thank you for keeping my closet fun!

I have made multiple orders on Cakeworthy! The products are consistently excellent quality, prompt shipping, absolutely will order from them in the future!

Have ordered from them multiple times for their super cute AOP print shirts. Never had any issues. Patiently waiting for a Rainbow Brite, Moana, and Sleeping Beauty Fairies AOP because I will buy those from them asap!

I have been shopping with Cakeworthy for about a year, and my experience has always been a positive one. I love their flannels (plush) and t-shirts (soft), the pjs are soft too. Indulging in my favorite pop culture clothing has become a fun addition to my wardrobe, and I’ve sought out their older items as well! I’ve had to return one item (due to being too small), both the response to my email and return went smoothly. They have always met their preorder expected shipping date on the items I’ve ordered, and the one time they didn’t they posted to social media about the delay. Their rewards program is pretty awesome as well. Overall, I have been really pleased with both the quality of the items I’ve bought and their customer service. I’ll continue to get my pop culture fix from them!

I've been shopping with Cakeworthy since approximately 2018. I've NEVER had a bad experience. Even with any minor issue (ie. Delayed shipping on a preorder item), they have always gone above and beyond to remain transparent and attentive. They answer questions and emails in a timely fashion. They SUPPORT their biggest fans, I've gotten a personalized coupon before, just as a thank you. Their clothes are adorable and quality! Oh, also, their rewards program is awesome! I've gotten 3 free tees with sprinkle points!

Excellent company, they care about there customers! Everything I’ve ever received from perfect. They have amazing prints! I get something every time there is a new release lol 😂. So my collection is getting pretty big

I purchased a sweatshirt then attempted to cancel the order before it had been shipped. Their reply was basically no with no alternative solution given.
Then when I received the item, it fit like it was two sizes too small and the fabric had no give so I asked for a refund as I knew the material would never be comfortable even in a bigger size. They rejected my return with no other solution given. So now I’m stuck with this uncomfortable sweatshirt that doesn’t fit and am out the money that I spent. Terrible customer service. I will not risk giving any more money to this company.

My order shipped within a few business days. Was satisfied with my order. Preorder items may take longer but that is stated in the product description.

I wrote to them asking for help and they have refused to respond to me at all. They dont give a crap about their customers if they are happy with their products. If they can wear their products not. Its not like they are giving me free shipping. I am paying for it not only to ship it back but also for them to ship it back to me. Completely ignored my request for help. Not a signal response from them. Horrible company dont buy from them. I know my daughter will never again and neither will any of her friends.

To whom it may concern. I purchase 2 shirts from you and it cost me over a $100.00 and I am not a small woman by any means. I order the size I thought I would need and it was so big on me. So i exchanged the order for the next size down. The shirts came and they were almost the same fit as the ones i sent back. Now I am being told that I am stuck with these shirt that I can not wear because they are so big on me that they cover my hands completely. This is not okay and completely not good customer service. I expect to be able to return my shirts if they dont fit me to get shirts that do fit me. these are not cheap shirts by any means. If you dont want to exchanged them fine then I expect a store credit for what i paid for them. My order # is Order #101471. If i dont get a satisfactory resolution to this issues. Crappy customer service and poorly described merchandise. Hat said “one size” but didn’t list what real hat sizes were covered by that. Bought it and of course it’s too small, and they don’t accept returns on hats, which is buried in their return policy and is NOT evident from the product, purchase screens, OR receipt. Emailed and they were short and unhelpful. Will never shop again.

This company is awful! Which makes me so sad to say because I used to love buying from them. My items went 3 weeks without updating so i emailed in and was met with the worst attitude I have ever experienced. I went to their instagram to ask for help and was then blocked. BLOCKED? I got my money back from my bank but this company should not be allowed to be in business. You can tell the other good reviews on here are the company trying to get higher reviews. Trust the bad ones on here. This company has attitude problems, steals your money and doesn't ship items. Ripoff!

Literally THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!!! This company should not even be in business! I simply sent an email to ask for an update on my order and was met with the most unprofessional response ever, and was then BLOCKED from their instagram page! WHO DOES THAT?! Canceled my order with my bank and got a full refund. These people should not be in business, they are an absolute joke.

They BLOCK customer's profile on Instagram! Very unethical. And this is how they do business.
The customer service is terrible. They only give one sentence reply and the attitude is not trying to solve the issue at all but only to deny their responsibility.
I purchased a black denim jacket from them and it got discoloured onto my bags and now my bags are all over the black stains. The only reply I got is that they told me to "wash your jacket and bag". I CAME FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY CAN'T BE CLEANED PROPERLY!!!!!!!
And what they reply: Unfortunately we do not condone your behaviour, we will no longer be responding to your threats.
I believe they are more likely to threaten me rather than the other way round because they are blocking all over social media and provide no help to my poor situation.
I order so many from them and they are going to lose one royal customer just because they refuse to refund $47.97. Wanted to upload all the conversation I had with them. Pathetic.
