Commande de 15 bouteilles 75 cl de bière. 1 colis retourné car endommagé par MR. Appel au SAV qui m'a envoyé un nouveau colis sans attendre le retour du 1er, arrivé cette fois sans incident. Bonne réactivité ! En outre, un très bon contact lors de mon passage au magasin à Calais.
I turned up here to collect my pre order but had come to the wrong branch! Fortunately an angel called Flo came to my rescue and set about collecting my fairly substantial order whilst cancelling my order at the correct branch. Nothing was too much trouble and this, alongside a fantastic selection of drinks at very reasonable prices made this a great experience.
Flo, you deserve a big pay rise!
They've got a good selection of wines at all prices, however I'd suggest you buy any spirits from Tesco especially as Tesco frequently have good offer's.

Sachant que nous souhaitions expressément le 2023, pas de réponse du site pour le moment.
They put the wrong information on their website. I bought 2 bottles of springbank 12yo cask strength. On their website they said it was a bottling from 2020 (= batch 20). I paid for this bottles. Instead they send me 2 bottles that were bottled in 2024 (= batch 26). I immediately send a mail to search for a solution (maybe a discount because i paid to much for a 2024 bottling). After a week i send a reminder because i didn't got any answer. Another week later i send another reminder. Now we are 3 weeks after my purchase and still they don't react. The customer service is worthless. Don't buyt at this shop. I will do my best to let this know to all my whisky friends (and believe me there are a lot and in many different countries) to not buy at this shop!!
Très impressionné par l’efficacité, le professionnalisme et la diligence dont fait preuve cette société. 2 commandes, 2 sans faute ! Livré les 2 fois en 48h !
Deuxième commande sur le site et toujours très satisfaite. Un personnel très à l'écoute malgré une modification de commande et des prix compétitifs ! Je recommanderai avec plaisir ! Merci !
commande Net du 16/12/23 avec règlement immédiat par CB et livraison demandée chez un commerçant Mondial relais. Nous sommes le 25 janvier 2024 et nous n'avons toujours pas réceptionné nos vins. c'est inadmissible. Les quelques explications données par fil lors de nos relances ne nous sont pas opposables d'autant qu'aucune excuse ne nous a été présentée : Ce commerçant n'a pas fait sa part du contrat et s'en soucie peu !

Les colis sont très bien emballés et envoi rapide avec suivi
Commande en ligne il y a quelques jours avec livraison suivie. au cours du transport le colis est marqué "endommagé par le transporteur" (chronopost). Appel au service client qui m'indique avoir demandé à chronopost le retour du colis et renvoyé une commande similaire dans la foulée (livrée sans encombre le lendemain).
Service client très réactif et facilement joignable par mail et téléphone !
I asked this company to stops ending me SMS messages. I emailed 3 times and received no response. I then contacted them on Facebook and I was told I would not receive any further messages. I kept receiving them and I asked 4 times for them to be stopped. I asked to be contacted by manner and no one bother to contact me
Poor service and attitude.
Visited several caves yesterday. The chaps and Calais vins where happy to advise on all aspects of their wines. One which I wanted they did not have in the amount I wished for so the manager drove to their warehouse and brought it back for me. Nothing seemed too much trouble, so I spent a lot!
Achat d'un verre à bière KWAK. Prix compétitif. Envoi rapide et colis bien emballé. Je recommande
I cannot recommend buying online through this company. The product I ordered was substituted with an inferior and cheaper alternative.
