There's several ongoing serious issues…
There's several ongoing serious issues with the Co. Starting with their digital platform has features that appear to be user friendly with convenient options but are sorely misleading and NOT flexible as indicated from their business. I have a one bdrm apt and so doing laundry for one shouldn't cost me at minimum $10 to operate though they offer a 'Enter your own amount' it won't let me add $4 due it being below acceptance amount one load cost $2 and dryer use the same amount. Why do you offer this only to have it not be available. I don't need to do $10 worth of laundry for one person! Their customer No service has no follow up with lodging complaints about their washer feature that's supposed allow a cycle period for adding laundry softener but the feature offered never allows that to happen and goes straight to rinse but I paid for the laundry softener feature so I've learned to just pour all key laundry cleaners at once: detergent, bleach, softener which is NOT what they offer to do with machine cycle sequence is defective at best. If one has a left-over balance one cannot ask for a refund but must use all that is in the account balance. Though they have the refund feature offered on their website it is unusable. You are horrible and NOT customer user friendly from the machine options --Unable to use as seen on digital readout panel -- Customer No Service on the Phone -- They 'appear' to offer refunds on website from unused balance but then NO refund is available. Can't put your own amount of funds in at a lower amount though it's offered but a No Go. You're pathetic business! Your digital platform is based on lies and rob customers of their money especially if the tenant has to move away and the next laundry room doesn't have that set up!
