Our rewards structure is designed to recognise and thank our long-term customers. In addition to our standard loyalty points program, subscribers receive additional benefits on top, including 20% off every subscription cycle, $20 USD in credit, and complimentary products throughout their subscription journey.

These subscription rewards are separate from and in addition to loyalty points, which can also be redeemed for discounts and products. Our intention is to provide meaningful value to customers who choose to stay with us over time.

We’ve looked into your case and can confirm that your first email enquiry was received on 5th March, the same day the review was left. Our team responded promptly and resolved the issue on 6th March.

We were also unable to find any records of messages from you via Facebook Messenger, but we’re always happy to assist across all our available support channels.

Regarding subscriptions, our Subscribe & Save program offers 20% off every order. As part of this benefit, there is a minimum commitment of three orders, which is clearly communicated during checkout and in our follow-up emails.

We completely understand that pricing is an important consideration, especially in today’s economy, and we’re always happy to share more context around it.

The two products you’re using are formulated with our proprietary active, PTT-6®, at an unprecedented 80% concentration. This exceptionally high concentration is exactly why the formulas deliver the visible, long-lasting results you’re experiencing. We do not dilute our products with fillers or mass-produced actives — potency and performance are our priority.

PTT-6® is derived from stem cells and cultivated in our own state-of-the-art laboratories. Because of the highly controlled and complex nature of stem cell cultivation, batch sizes are necessarily small. This ensures purity, consistency, and regenerative efficacy — but it also makes production significantly more resource-intensive than conventional skincare ingredients.

In short, the price reflects:

* Small-batch, stem cell–derived production
* Full vertical control of our patented technology

That said, we also want to make our products as accessible as possible for our loyal customers.
