Love the eye cream,it’s just very pricey it’s very moisturizing.

I ordered 2 items and only one was shipped at first so I contacted them via email and they immediately sent me back the missing item within 2 days. Good professional attitude and service .

The product works! Great delivery service

I did not subscribe to this website, and despite repeated requests, I still get emails from them! I have told them that someone in Ireland used my email address. The product is sent to their physical address in Ireland, so why can't this company send them a letter, asking them to correct their email address?

I received a damaged bottle. My experience with Customer Service was awful.

I have placed many orders with CALECIM and until recently have never had an issue. I placed an order via their website on 9/28 and it was confirmed on 9/28. They are usually pretty quick about getting orders processed and shipped, but my most recent order has yet to ship. I have asked three separate times for them to advise on the shipping date and have not been given one. I would have ordered from another source had I known that it was going to take over 5 business days to simply process an order. In the future, you should consider waiting until you ship an order to charge the customer.

Update- As of October 15th, I have not been able to get CALECIM customer service to advise on a shipping date, which they should have for an October 19th delivery. I have been communicating with them since October 4th and the only time I received any meaningful information was after I posted a public review. Dealing with their customer service personnel has been tedious. Getting a straight forward and transparent response is nearly impossible. Every private response is useless and vague. This has been an extremely disappointing experience and I will never order from CALECIM again.

People just don't get it.

These products are head and shoulders above anything else on the market. They are a little spendy but you truly get what you pay for here.

It is the best skincare i have ever used. Well worth the money. I can see results in four weeks. I am 64 with some wrinkles and sun spots. I have done micro needling several times in the past month and look like a beetroot when im finished but i follow it with the Pink Professional Serum and finish with the Recovery Night Complex and within an hour or two my skin has calmed down and after a couple of days my skin is so soft and glowing. Calecim is a revelation. I cant wait to get more products in their range. I have placed seven orders since i discovered Calecim.

This serum has really transformed my skin. It has taken a couple of years off my face.

The cream is great and the science behind it is very impressing, I have seen improvement in my skin and I'm looking forward for further improvement.
What I really appreciate is also the quick shipment and rewarding service. All in all very impressing.

I love the products I’ve tried so far. My favorite is the eye serum. The texture is amazing and I have seen improvement in the hooded area of my eye. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the packaging of one of the eye serum tubes. The top squeeze part wasn’t sealed all the way down and a lot of product came out into the cap. I still used it by scooping it with a q-tip.

Franchement je suis très contente de cette entreprise. J'avais lu de très mauvais commentaires sur votre site. J'ai quand-même tenté le coup et passé une commande. Cela s'est très bien passé. J'ai passé une seconde commande et là encore rien à redire. La livraison est très rapide (3 jours pour la France) , les produits sont exactement ceux que j'ai commandé et le service client répond dans les 24 h. En conclusion je suis très satisfaite.

Unfortunately, this didn't work and I lost some hairs from the target area. I now only have the option to go for hair transplant. Very disappointed as I was expecting this to work :(

I did reach out to the customer service team but haven't got a proper response. They just mentioned that you might be manipulating the hair area with activator. I can't understand what it means.

Now, I have a follow up response asking to purchase another set. Not sure who would be recommending this if they understand that it didn't work the first time.

I love Calecims products but I think they are extremely overpriced, especially for the amount of products that you get. It does not last long at all for a tiny little bottle of product that cost like $100.

Buyer Beware!! SCAM



So, where do I start…



I made a purchase beginning of July with this so called “business”



The representative I had Joanne, has provided the WORST service I ever received.



This product they sent out never got to me. So I called and Joanne never answers the phone (probably because she is the only 1 there) So I emailed her advising I should have received my package within the first week of ordering it. The product of course, never got to me. Then I had to ask to have it re-shipped. Do you think that ever got to me either? Nope. So again I emailed over and over saying I wanted a refund a few times, which was totally ignored by Joanne. After almost 2 months I received my order but only half of it. Joanne didn’t even give an option for a refund and said that they order is out of stock and will resend. I told her “NO WAY” Then when I tried to use their undereye contour cream, it looked like cottage cheese and smelled bad. I immediately emailed Joanne and she advised that there cream batched were fine and did not offer me a refund. I advised I will proceed with my lawyer, which is worth every penny because this company is NOT a company. There is Joanne and some other person. There is not laboratory where the products are made. They probably throw garbage product together most likely in their bathrooms or kitchens at home. This is a total scam. Don’t give them your money unless you want a long and disgusting process with these frauds.



I am a beauty influencer on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram and I have already made it clear to everyone not to use this fake company. If I can help anyone not having to deal with such unprofessional and unethical dealings with these frauds, I am happy to do so.

It's interesting that there is never a comment back from Joanne when I called them out on being fake and scamming. Joanne is also the only “service representative” So that should say a lot. They create their site so it looks legit, but it is not. There are a lot of scams out there and this person, Joanne falls into that category. The products I ordered were over $500 Joanne, tried her hardest not to help me. All she kept saying in her emails is “sorry” “Sorry” does not cut it for me. She knew exactly what she is doing and I guarantee she’s been doing this for a while and taking advantage of innocent individuals.

Joanne is extremely deceiving, , cunning , a fraudster and stealer .

Please everyone, do not let this woman take advantage of you!!!!!

Despite spending $1000s subscribing to 3 different products, I am unable to use my accumulated loyalty points on rewards as I need to make additional purchases to use them. Sounds like a scam.

On en voit des produits hype qui reussissent grace au marketing mais pas calecim. Produit efficace et tient ses promesses. Espérons que le prix continuera de baisser avec la réussite. Service client competent et réactif. Je recommande calecim

ORIGINAL: I live in Canada and loved the products the first time I bought them so reordered a couple (total price $621). But when the package arrived via DHL, there was an additional charge of $123 COD.

So, I emailed Calecim customer service (there is no way of speaking to an actual person) and they replied several days later. They confirmed that yes, I could “return to sender” with the box unopened and that I’d get my refund as soon as it arrived back at their warehouse.

The package is tracked by Canada Post as being returned to and received by DHL on July 4, but they claim it has not arrived at their depot in Kansas City six weeks later. So they won’t refund my money, nor will they replace the products (I said I’d rather pay the $123 COD fee than lose $621).
Not sure what to do, so I’m writing a review.

Suffice to say, customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority for them. And the snail-pace response time, because of the email system, is ridiculous.

UPDATE (August 22, 2025): After I posted this review, Calecim contacted me and refunded my money in full. I do appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved (thank you!) but it only happened once I went public here, which isn’t so reassuring.

The products themselves are top-notch, but customer service needs to be faster and more proactive.
