Took twice as long, zero communication.
N Myrtle Beach location. Took more than twice as long to receive vehicle back. Nothing but excuses and zero communication from them. Escalated to regional manager after they wouldn't provide CEO contact info. He promised response by close of business day I spoke to him, never heard a word back even after leaving subsequent messages. Run and donât look back

Would give 0 stars if I could, because they did nothing other than waste my time.
Showed up at 8:30 to drop off my car for body work that was scheduled over a month ago. Was told âSorry, weâre at 140% of capacity. We wonât even start your car for two weeks.â Was told that theyâre now making appointments for 6 weeks out. Got a pathetic, half-hearted âSorry for wasting your time.â As I walked out.
I understand they may be over booked. I understand they may not know how to accommodate scheduled body work. They didnât realize this yesterday? Or a week ago? Wait for me to accommodate their drop off time, let me show up and then get told they have other, more important customers. They didnât realize the day before that they couldnât handle the work?
Iâd rather go to any other body shop that can respect my time than to ever step foot in a caliber collision EVER again!

Even worse, the quality at delivery was unacceptable. The car was returned filthy and there are multiple issues that still need to be fixed properly:
⢠Rear view mirror housing not installed correctly
⢠Sunroof does not work correctly
⢠Heated rear seats no longer work
⢠Rear passenger door doesn't unlock
⢠Rear passenger door alignment is off and sticks out noticeably
⢠Rear window brake light not installed correctly
⢠Alignment is off, the car pulls to the right when accelerating
I tried to reach corporate for help, but no response. I was referred to Caliber's Community Manager who did nothing to help. Take your business elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. They did an excellent job in replacing and painting my car back bumper. They took the time to show me pictures of the damage in front and behind the damaged bumper along with a verbal description. And the time was exactly a week which was shorter than expected. I woukd highly recommend this company to anyone.
Awesome finish
This is the second time I have used Caliber Collision in Hanford. I recently brought in my 2024 Chevy Silverado for repair on 1/15/2026. I was able to set up everything online which is very convenient. Armando was first person I met, and he went over the vehicle damage. Armando was very meticulous in the inspection which I appreciated. He provided me with an estimate and took my vehicle in. During the next 25 or so days Caliber sent me various text to me providing me updates on my truck. That was super awesome. Teresa was also another person who I was in contact with. She provided updates as well. Again, very much appreciated.
Fast forward to today 2/11/2026, I received my truck. I am, very impressed by the finished product. Your Caliber staff did an amazing job. Also, I was not expecting a new bed cover to be installed. My old one was damaged as well. All the small attention to detail means a lot to me.
To the staff, especially Teresa, and the workers who did the work on my truck, I am grateful for their attention to detail and professionalism they provided with the repair of my truck. Their work is a direct reflection of their leadership.

I would avoid this location and likely Caliber Collision in general. I have been working with them since 12/25/25 and my car is still not fully fixed. All follow-up communication has been done by me; they have not reached out to me once about updates. Their customer service is essentially non-existent.
On 1/8/26 they were supposed to fix my car, they had me drop it off and then failed to tell me that one of the parts they ordered was defective. They didnât even reach out to tell me to come pick it up and bring it back another day - I had to call them.
I brought it back to be fixed a week later, on 1/13/26, and the mirror is still defective and will not move up or down. I was told that they would call me when the new mirror is in, but I havenât heard from anyone since I brought it in on 1/22/26. I already emailed their Community Manager, but based on my experience, I donât expect much follow up or a remedy to this situation.

Bad service
Their receptionist Andrea(pretty sure) can't do her job correctly and keep things organized. The policies they have contradict themselves and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!
Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. I havenât even received my vehicle yet. Theyâve pushed the completion date back several times citing vendor issues, âparts guyâ didnât do his job and verify correct parts, ânext in line for paintâ literally seven times, and it STILL isnât painted, and now âwe didnât order all the parts we needed, it will be another weekâ. I have paid for my insurance, and my deductible, therefore I am PAYING them to do what THEY claimed to be able to do in a timely manner. We hit a deer November 14 with front end and driver fender damage including the radiator, this was NOT a complicated job. The hardest part was paint. Tomorrow is Christmas, I wonât see the car again until MAYBE Monday IF they get the parts.
Never, I repeat, EVER, use this company. Stay local, avoid this national franchise at ALL costs.
I will be getting the car evaluated by another outfit to ensure the work done is satisfactory, if itâs garbage workmanship I will update with that review also. I need to receive the vehicle first though. Not sure Iâll see it again at this pointâŠsarcastic, but honest feeling.

I am surprised to see such a low review rate for the Best In Class collision repair company. This last repair was my 4th over several years. It took longer than normal because of the weather and the Ca compliant paint issues. But Ashley and Stephanie make the customer experience professional. Strong recommendation for Caliber.

My daughter was supposed to get her vehicle back tomorrow but instead received a phone call stating they wrecked her vehicle in the shop. 2025 Honda Civic. The supervisor lied and told me it was just a blown tire, but instead itâs a suspension and other damage.

Keyana Beverly was beyond amazing! My grandmother dropped off her 2016 Toyota carolla last week at Caliber Collision. Since we haven't heard anything back I reached out. Unfortunately they were already closed. So I reached out further to customer support. Keyana started looking in and could find no record of our name, car, or anything for that matter! But she wouldn't stop she was determined to find something. So I emailed her a copy of my email confirmation. She forward that on to her higher ups and insured me that she would get to the bottom of it. I greatly appreciated her attitude,ability, her drive and determination. If we had more people like her the world would be a better place. I can't say much for caliper collision at this point. But they should thank Miss Beverly. She's the only reason I'm exercising my patience.
Poor Service with Elitist Attitude
I struck a deer a few weeks ago and filed an insurance claim with Progressive Insurance. Progressive insurance recommended Caliber Collision of Murfreesboro, TN as one of their partner repair shops.
I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision on 10/07/2025 for a scheduled repair and/or estimate.
I arrived at the location and met the nice lady working the front desk. She had me fill out documentation for the repair. She then sent me outside with David (a technician) to view the damages to my vehicle.
David claims that my vehicle which was involved in a deer strike accident had âpreexisting damage to the front bumper supportâ. I told him that I bought the vehicle with a clean title and there was no visible damage. He said that I would need to repair damage that he considered to be preexisting before heâd fix my vehicle. He said $2000 for the preexisting damage and thereâs already a $2000 deductible.
I asked for a written estimate and he refused to give me one. He literally told me to go try a small, privately owned shop and gave 2 recommendations.
Iâm very disappointed with Caliber Collision. IMO they have conflict of interests with Progressive Insurance and Copart.
Caliber Collision violated my consumer protection rights as I was sent to their shop by my insurance company.
I will file a consumer protection complaint and file a complaint with my local BBB to start!
Stay away from Caliber Collision service they will treat you like youâre a nuisance instead of a customer!
Needed BBB + ChatGPT to Keep Pressure on Caliberâs Bad Repairs
Thankful that I had ChatGPT to help me organize messages (saved a lot of time, let me respond in minutes with clear, thorough notes) and that the TDI, BBB, and AG were there to help keep pressure on. Without that support, I would have been buried in back-and-forth with the shop and insurer.
My vehicle was repaired here after a collision. Since their âcompletedâ repair, Iâve had multiple issues: a recycled/damaged door was damaged/defective, uneven gaps, bent hinges and a plastic panel that was glued back instead of replaced. Their own technician even admitted they cannot make the repaired/recycled door match the original. Iâve already spent ~$2,000 at a Honda-certified shop to fix problems that only appeared after Caliberâs work.
Despite all this, the vehicle has still not been restored to pre-loss condition. My advice to others is to document everything and use every channel available; donât assume this shop (or USAA) will make things right without constant pressure.
