Amazing Calisthenics group!
Having attended an event (Connect the Bars), an indoor and outdoor session, I can confidently say that Cali Connect is a brilliant place to learn/improve your calisthenics skills. The coaches are clear, helpful and the community at large is very supportive. The sessions are not only challenging but also fun! Can't wait to come and attend another very soon ✨

Diverse & uplifting community
I joined CC in september 2025 & fell in love with the community. I love how diverse the group is, it’s a complete judgment free zone no matter what level you are & gender / race. I was surprised how many other girls in calisthenics there were, especially in Herts and i’ve made some amazing friends because of this. Cali connect has taught me 6 new skills in the past 8 months purely because of the people & coaches that have helped me on the way ✨
