Veronica was extremely patient and helpful. She explained every step, sometimes more then once for me, to ensure I understood what I was getting. I fully trusted her. Alex is my project manager, and while I have only spoken to him once so far, he did a great job of explaining his role and that my novel was going to be in good hands.
