Had a great experience, First time this past Saturday in one of the Stores in Edmonton South Common. Ladies were very helpful, didn't have my size so they looked it up and found some that could be shipped to me. I received my new boots 2 days later, they fit and I and got the sale price with no charge delivery to my house. Will be shopping there again, thanks

Call it spring is the name of the store. I have had bad customer service experience over at the kings plaza location located in Brooklyn N.Y. The manager was unprofessional and very rude. I bought a pair of sandals and did not wear it. I just tried it on. I figured The sandals was on sale and I purchased it. Because I had to go out that night. I tried the sandal inside the store and decided that I would purchase it in which I did. I didn’t look at the bottom of the sandals upon exiting the store. I got home I tried on the sandals but it felt to tight and so I switch into some more comfortable shoes. Not noticing that someone had already worn it. I put the pair of sandals back into the box and said to myself I would return it to get a refund. So now when I went to the store to return the sandals I explained to the manager what happened and that I want to return the sandals.The sandals was already on in the condition of when I purchased it. When I explained to the manager of what occurred, I was told to return on Tuesday of that week but only thing is I work all week and would not be available until the following weekend. I brought the sandal back and was denied of a refund. The pair of sandals were the last pair which that I bought. And now that I do not want them, they are giving me a hassle? This has made me not want to continue shopping at your stores and locations. The bottom of the sandals to me seemed worn by an employee who had return the sandals only because they know they could get away with it because they are employed by your company and so they employee must have returned it and me as a consumer not knowing to double check when purchasing merchandise got fooled into buying what to me seem to be the last pair and unworn but in this case was worn, returned, put back on the shelves until they could see if they could get off the next sucker!! I am highly offended by your company that the employee would do something like this to a customer, especially loyal costumers. I will not continue to purchase from your locations and will continue to spread the word of your managers actions! Honestly I’m upset and will as I said before I will spread the word of how costumers are being cheated out their money with already worn products by employees or customers for that matter and the Returned items to be resold again!

I went to the store in Kanata (Tanger) the next day after Cyber Monday to exchange my gloves for the same pair ( it was different sizes in the pack), the manager said they don’t do exchanges and returns, I have to come back another day. I asked why, she said they still have a promotion from Black Friday, so no returns or exchanges this day, it’s mentioned in the receipt. I checked my receipt, it says till Cyber Monday, I called 2 other locations (Bayshore and Rideau Centre) they did returns and exchanges this day. I called 1-800 they say “exchange and returns are easy”, I don’t think so, if the manager is not nice and rude how can we expect a good service from other team members.

Bought a pair of boots through the store online. I waited over 10 days to receive it although I was assured 2 to 5 days. Finally it arrived damaged. They offered me a discount if I sent them back and paid before that to receive another pair. Are you kidding me? They couldn’t fix it? Worse customer service. Terrible quality. Waste of money. DO NOT buy here

Worst customer service ever at Mic Mac Mall! The staff are so rude, and unprofessional.

Me and a gf when into the white oaks store in London and we're told she couldn't return a pair of boots because it was cyber Monday like we are older we never heard such a thing on our receipt the sales person was extreamly rude at explaining anything and click his tongue twice and waved his hand up in the air for us to leave after I mentioned calling head office he is very unprofessional when dealing with customers and has a very cocky attitude very very unprofessional will never return to this store his name was scott very bad service

Worst customer service. I got a pair of boots and after wearing them once, the leather started to come off. They didn't take it back because they said it is because of dry air on winters.

I bought a pair of over the knee high leather boots. However I had to throw them out because the leather started to peel on the back of the boot closer to the heel. Not happy at all because the boots were expensive. My cheaper boots from rainbows lasted longer.

I always get an email to let me know my order was canceled because it was out of stock. Why would they let me purchase it to begin with then? Highly recommend not purchasing anything online from spring. I've had this happen to me three times now.

While visiting the Cross County Mall Store in Yonkers New York... We were told that the shoes came to the store on Sunday today is Monday the shoe is on Clearance.. That makes no sense... Also they only had the display and I asked as a courtesy can they wave the tax because the shoe is a display... The Manager Amelia stated she couldn’t because only a supervisor could make price adjustments that is the worst excuse ever... As a manager you should have the capability to do everything especially because your the only person working in the entire store.. Such a bad experience

My son just finished purchasing a suit for graduation and needed shoes. We went into Call it Spring in North Bay. Two girls were working. Completely ignored us and talked to each other. One went into the back. We chose a shoe but needed a different size. The girl refused to look at us. So I told my son to go to the counter and ask for help. She still ignored us. Two female customers walked in and she immediately came out from behind the counter and greeted them and explained the sale. Then told them if they needed help to let her know. She then went back behind the counter and still ignored the fact that my son required service. We left and went to another store. My son was quite upset about it and says he refuses to ever go in there again. Very poor customer service at the North Bay location.

I purchased two pair of shoes in Toronto. I used one of them and they started to pilling off. I went back to the store and I wanted a refund in both shoes because obviously it was bad quality. They returned one pair but not the other one. Don’t buy this shoes at all. They are super bad quality and expensive for them to brake at the same day. . They also hurt your feet. One of the managers called me and I told her that I don’t want the shoes because I live in USA and if they brake I won’t be able to return them. She told me that I took the risk buying a product out of my country and start laughing on the back. I’m probably not getting my refund but I want everybody to know my story and don’t buy this horrible product.

worst products. Can't understand that the products are overpriced with such low quality. And worst customer service.

Horrible experience! Never use them! Bought Shoes & Purse for my daughter (who wasn't with me to try them on in the store). She tried the shoes on at home, hurt her feet a lot.. the purse had a plastic bag so we had to open the bag for her to check the purse & try it on .. she didn't like it.. all tags not touched, never worn. Went to the store 3 days later with my original receipt and purchase.. the rude manager refused to return the shoes and purse! he said the shoes have been worn (which I explained to him that she tried them on at home for 15-20 min max) and the purse was not in the plastic bag!!!
I have never ever seen bad customer service like that!
When I asked him to give me the phone number for the corporate office, he gave me the wrong number.. He also refused to give his last name!

I had once ordered a hand bag online and went to pick up in store. When i got to the store I was informed that my order was cancelled and that it had been replaced. I was confused as to why I was not informed. At the store the same day, I was not given another receipt or email saying my order was re ordered. When i went back to the store after calling them the following week and asking about my order, I got my bag. When i tried to return it the same moment they said they couldn't because I wasn't showing them proof of my purchase. I was so disappointed because the cashier refused to help me. I showed her my previous receipts of the purchase and explained what had happened but she still refused to help me. Somebody else who had known about my situation that worked at the store was also there but simply just watched. I don't know if this was because of the way I was dressed. But I would never like to shop at Call it spring and will tell friends and family the same thing.

I have ordered many times from Call It Spring and have never been disappointed. Their prices are reasonable, the shipping is fast and their items are quite good quality. They are my favourite shoe store and I'll continue to buy from them in the future.
