3 accounts, and you argue with them for 1 issue, trying to understand and they insult you and fire you.

I sent a message saying service had been available for over 24 hours. OK, I used a few bad words like sh1t and was greeted with a reply find another provider and now seems both of my subscriptions have been cancelled after paying $125 in November. They’ve also blocked me on WhatsApp so can’t speak to anyone.

Be aware of them.

I paid for a year's extension in July 2025 which renewed my expiry date until January 2027. They cancelled my subscription in January 2026 saying that it has expired. As soon as I created a ticket for support, they DELETED my account. The service did work reasonably well for the 2 years that I had it, but it is now a SCAM.

Be Careful with this site.

I paid for the service and didn't get to use it for the time that I paid.
They didn't even bother to fix it.
At the End they fixed so that i paid again.
I didn't of course.

They are a big scam. Don’t through your money.

I was trying to contact Adil the guy whom I paid 600$ for lifetime membership, he lied to me that he had eye surgery and disappeared and my credits were removed from my account, contact calmahub again and again the support team said that site has been sold to new owner and all that junk they blocked me on chat I have all proofs and have submitted to police this website is scam

I was blackmailed multiple times because I didn’t renew my service with them. They never help when my service is down. Spend your money elsewhere it’s not worth it.

Everything was good until they changed the payment options then it got difficult to do, the credit card company flagged them as fraud. The person I was dealing with became ignorant and using foul language with me. I am taking my business somewhere else and bringing my friends with me. It not worth it, dont use them

I took one year subscription after 3 months my account was not working, when I reached support team they informed your credentials is active and it is working. But unfortunately after trying multiple times i could not login and again i reached them for support for couple of times but they stopped replying after a day they suspended my account without my knowledge. i recommend stay away from this team unprofessional behaviour.

The service was fine during trial but when I took the subscription, after 4 days it started to buffer and the channel will not load. When I asked for refund(their website says refund before end of 5 days) which I requested for. Customer rep started contacting over WhatsApp and started abusing.

Finally, I have filed a fraud with my credit card company
They operate out of US, mostly Morocco and avoid this service

Can’t get any answer from support which says 24/7 support customer care not good at all

Purchased IPTV for 1 year, 2 connections.
They could not get the second connection to work.
I requested a refund, but they have not refunded anything, offering many excuses as why they cannot.
I just purchased another IPTV plan and service is great, 2 connections.
