Waiting for a refund since June and they ignore me

What an absolute scam! The piece of crap arrived, to what I can only describe as a kids kinder toy ring with some poorly glued in magnets!
The same day I emailed to advise id wish to return, as the ring was tiny and wouldn't fit a toddler let alone a grown ass woman!! They came straight back and asked me to 'adjust' the ring as it couLd just need a slight adjustment. Erm NO i want a refund. And low and behold.....SILENCE!!!! This has been going on now since 11th July.
This company (if you can call it that) needs educating on customer service along with its own 'returns policy' if you can call it that.
Waste of money unless your looking for a plastic ring to waste your money on!!!
I shall be taking this matter further as its out of order allowing customers to be out of pocket from goods not fit for purpose.

Not great quality, both a bit scratched, definitely won’t wear so have been trying to return since the day they arrived but no response from customer service

Really poorly glued magnets, no engraving, not adjustable, NOTHING as advertised.
Complained through customer serviced and was asked to "give them a try" as people feel the benefits - as to suggest, we know it looks rubbish but give it a try! This also would go against their returns policy. I've filed a refund with them as asked by the company and hear nothing since then. Total scam.

Asked for refund due to the quality of the ring being shocking. Does not look as advertised and now I am being ignored! I would avoid this company at all costs!!!

Ordered my ring over a week ago not arrived. Still waiting keep getting fobbed off told it’s stuck

Item was delivered fine but it was huge and could not adjust enough I asked to return it & they just say there looking in to it & don’t reply so having to open an investigation do not buy

Don't buy, it's a scam.
I received my package of two rings today. They are not adjustable as the ad says, and you can see that the "balls" that are supposed to help our body were glued on with hot glue, as there are visible glue remnants on one, and the other doesn't have anything. I want my money back.

Just received the ring as a gift for someone , it is beautifully packaged and customer service is very helpful and friendly. Thank you . 🤩

Received ring and bracelet, the bracelet did not match the description or have the logo etched on the bracelet, on the website it showed 4 areas where the magnets should be placed, the bracelet i received had 6 areas but only 2 magnets, one on either side. Not even sure they are magnets, which protuded out and glue spots everywhere. Contacted Calmara sent photo evidence, they agreed to send a replacement, sent tracking details where I could see it came into the UK then slowly got further away, and delivered to somewhere in Northern Ireland. Checked with Royal Mail they confirmed the tracking number was against an address in Ireland. Contacted Calmara they were apologetic again but stated it shows as being delivered and asked me to check the tracking link again and Royal Mail. The information is no different. What an absolute joke of a company that can't recognise they are at fault. I've requested a full refund 3 times and still tiptoeing around without addressing their mistake. Awful company selling items that are of a very low standard and not reflective of the items they show on their website, misselling items at its best! Well done Calmara you must be so proud at ripping of customers!!!! Don't waste your time with this company. Shocking!!

DO NOT BUY CALMARA! I bought the ring & bracelet bundle set in chrome silver. Took nearly 3 weeks for delivery when it was meant to be 5 working days. American jewellery company but the products were shipped from China!?! When it arrived the jewellery was not in the Calmara presentation box as showed on their website, instead bracelet was in a small clear plastic bag & the ring in a drawstring bag! Carefully inspected both items & they are definitely NOT what is advertised on their website! The website shows on the inner side of the ring & bracelet is the engraved Calmara logo, the items I received had no engraving at all or no logo to show that their Calmara jewellery. The website also shows their bracelet has 4 magnets on the inner side with 2 placed at each end of the bracelet, the bracelet I received has 6 magnets with 3 placed at each end & now 1 of the magnets has fell off the bracelet! Honestly after waiting all that time for delivery & then to be left with what definitely is a tacky cheap version of the jewellery they advertise on their website. Will NEVER BUY AGAIN from this company, ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Awful company, I purchased a ring and it is far too chunky for me. I submitted 3 returns forms and contacted Customer Service via email and no response for over a week…

Been trying for over 3 weeks to return this item as it is not suitable.
Do not buy from them.

Had the ring on for 3 weeks and not lost a pound.
Not sure how I’ll lose 2stone in 90days ..

I have ordered twice from this company. The first order arrived in a couple of weeks and was fine.
Unfortunately the second order, when delivered, was incorrect - a silver coloured bracelet rather than rose gold. I emailed customer service who immediately apologised and organised for the correct bracelet to be sent to me. As I had been expecting to fight for this outcome, I was delighted. The replacement is on its way. Thank you Calmara

Received my ring. Gold colour. I did wait about two to three weeks for it.
It looks good quality and presented beautifully in a Calmara presentation box.
Very sturdy. I was not able to reduce the size just by squashing it, my partner had to use a lot of force. Again, impressed as I’d prefer the ring to be solid rather than flimsy.
I bought the ring after seeing an advert and have since seen them cheaper. However, overall I’m pleased with the quality which reflects the price.

Don’t even bother.
Shipping took up to 14 days even though I paid £7 for express shipping. After going back and forth I finally got it refunded.
My items have just turned up and the quality is a joke, glue smothering every “magnet” on both the ring and bracelet.
One of the magnets don’t even fit in the hole.
And the “adjust to size” is also not true. There is no way you’re adjusting the ring to size

I’ll be siding with the negative reviewers on this one! Didn’t receive my order at all and customer service basically said it was delivered and that’s that! So as far as the customer service goes it’s non existent!
But when I did complain I was sent a bunch of photos via email which only showed my order on paper and then boxes of items and packages at different points of the shipping process, non were actually my parcels but plenty of others also showing names and addresses of other customers, so they also know nothing about data protection either! What the photos do show is the absolute joke of a product they sell, on the website they look very thick and sturdy and well made, presented well in boxes giving a very premium look….all I say is look at the pictures and if your thinking of ordering please think twice as if you do actually get lucky enough to receive your order it won’t look or feel like anything you expected! No boxes, just in little sealy bags with a 20p little black string pouch, and they look paper thin and just cheap! If they do the job they say they do I’ll be very surprised!

Edit: I’ve already made contact as stated and I have the replies which I’ll be passing those on to trading standards as well!
You won’t resolve anything! I just hope nobody else falls for it!

I would avoid at all costs.
Once I eventually received the ring I ordered, I was disappointed from the start. Poor packaging and the ring in a small pouch.
I tried the ring on.....it was a poor fit, but not to worry, it's adjustable, right?
I didn't attempt to adjust it, I wrapped the ring in its original packaging, and for all intents and purposes, the ring was/is as new as it was when dispatched.
Several emails later, being led to believe, requesting a refund couldn't be easier....i beg to differ.
After eventually receiving a response, 3 or 4 emails later, I was then asked to complete an refund request form to be submitted, for my request to be "considered".
Even then, I had to chase it up. At which point I received a reply, simply telling me, my refund request was not approved!! No reason, other than the ring needs to be in an unused, new condition.
I would suggest, unless you fancy the challenge of dealing with their poor customer service, in the event you'd like a refund, I wouldn't go near this company with a barge pole!!!

I’m sceptical about what I have received! Unable to attach pictures but what is show in the adverts as magnets look like little dots of hot glue??? This seems strange and not what I intended to purchase!
