If I could give ZERO stars I would. Do NOT buy anything from this company. It is a total scam! I bought a dress on May 18th 2026 and it finally took until today for me to chase up and get a response to why my dress had still not been delivered. After them lying about a delivery, and who delivered it, and then ignoring my demands for a refund, I managed to get my money back because as my item didn't turn up my bank did a charge back. You should have heard these crooks squeal! Suddenly all the lies about my parcel being delivered on June 2nd disappeared and they were begging my forgiveness ... and my money back, promising my dress was going to be delivered soon (funny that, they'd been swearing all kinds of ways that it had already been delivered!) If you have a problem with them, tell your bank and you'll get your money back. Don't bother with these crooks.

Quality is poor and returns policy is awful. Clearly sent from China - Shein quality! These items may have flown over London on route and that's as close as it gets. Absolute scam!

Shocking! Do not buy from this company. It’s cheap china clothes. Not luxury and not like the images on their website. I’m currently trying to get the item I bought returned and they’re offering me 30% of the price I paid £39.99 instead of me having to pay £25 to return the item to china! It’s a joke! These companies shouldn’t be allowed to exists.

Please please please do not purchase from this company. I ordered a jumpsuit for a wedding. It didn’t arrive on time, when it did finally arrive the item is shabby material, not made properly. As I had no use for it I asked to return it. They then told me I could keep it & order a free item (why would I do thst??), then 20% refund as it would cost me to send it back to Asia!!
On their website they say 30day money back guarantee! Doesn't happen…they have no intentions of refunding you all the money. Everything is as if they are doing you a favour!
Misleading on internet as looks like some ladies are in London with amazing fashion knowledge! Disgusting taking money off people who can’t afford to throw money away! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
