I was in need of a specific item. I started on your web site which was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. From there I took the drive to go into SLO to visit the store. The staff member that greeted me at the door was very friendly / knowledgable and took me right to the item I was looking for. I was short on time so unfortunately did not get to roam. Great Bike Shop .. great web site

This was terrible. The same day I got the shoes I put in a return request and I’m still waiting. I’ve called twice and they said it shows the return is in process, 2 weeks later!? It sure seems like you guys are trying to make it impossible for me to return the shoes. Worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had.

The item's price was great and the shipping was fast.

Great customer service

After having my EBike stolen I was able to find a replacement at Cambria with Jeff's help. The model of bike was very unique and three plus years old. Cambria assured me that the shipping from California to Colorado would not be an issue. I purchased one of the two bikes they had available.

The bike arrived within the week, unfortunately with damage. Replacement parts were located and shipped, arriving without further issues.

The bike is now at the local dealer being built.

Bike was damage when it arrive. I reached out to customer service for return options but was told to have it fixed on my own. They said they would supply the parts and reimburse the labor but haven’t seen the parts or gotten a response back on the estimated delivery date.

Only received a partial order, then was asked to ship back items I didn't order due to their mishap, the re ship was late due to being out of my commutes path and daily plan.

Always fast and easy. Great selection.
