Total scam. I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered several shirts to enable me to choose the right fit. Feel an absolute fool now having spent more than I should have done.

Took ages to arrive - awful fabric and very large sizing.

I’ve tried many times to arrange for a return and refund but to no avail. I guess my local charity shop will now benefit from my failure.

Total scam - looks like a real store but when I ordered a dress it came from Pakistan several weeks later. The quality and sizing was poor and there were no labels.
I followed their returns process only to find that emails were returned with failure notices.
Should have realised when I saw the payment name on my statement.
Taken it up with my credit card dealer who is being excellent in disputing the payment.

I thought I was ordering from a genuine Cambridge shop, the advertisement looks lovely. I ordered two blouses in early June.
They have just arrived in a screwed up scruffy plastic ball from China!!
Awful material, absolutely enormous, more like a boiler suit!! Cheap and nasty product.
No way to return for refund.
Beware, this is a scam, you will be left with an item which is not fit for purpose!

Like an idiot I ordered 2 blouses in early June. No sign of them, Shop app is hopeless. My email asking where my order is has not been replied to.
I now see comments that the goods are probably going to be terrible quality and sending back will be basically not an option.
I now see the website is gone.
Avoid.

When the parcel arrived, the two shirts I ordered were way to large accross the bust. More like a shift dress in length. There were no care labels. In fact the only label attached to the rear neck said LARGE.
I was a size 14UK and ordered medium.
The material feels awefull as though you may sweat in it.
Would love to send back...but where to!

I received the two blouses I had ordered, but they didn't suit me. So I checked their 'Return and Refund' policy and sent an email, as instructed, asking for the address to return the items to. No reply. Tried 3 more times, still no reply. Googled and found they are fraudulent, so am now going to report it to my bank. Be warned!

If I could give minus 1 I would. An utter and complete scam. Goods are poor quality. Return policy is nonsense. I’m usually so wary. But I got caught this time. BE SAVY fellow shoppers. Avoid at all costs. No matter how tempted you are.

Quality is very poor - not even a label to say what it's made from or washing instructions
"fast delivery" - over 3 weeks
customer service - non existent
"return effortlessly" - return to Asia, $10 admin fee and customer pays postage.

This shop does not exist in Cambridge.
They have photoshopped their sign onto another shop sign.
Goods come from China . This is a scam

Still awaiting purchase fro. 1st June.
Have emailed at least 4 times but no reply.
I guessed shop did not exist when the app 'shop' informed me delivery on its way from China.
It should be taken down as information on 'excellent customer care' is non existent.
So annoyed I fell for this-did report it to advertising that pops up and asks why you don't want to see advert anymore.

I thought I was purchasing from a shop in Cambridge, how wrong was I . After several emails as to where my order was after eight days “ from Cambridge “ was told it was on the way !! After 24 days I recieved the order from CHINA !!! On opening it WELL ,what a vast difference from the shop discription AWEFUL JUST AWFUL , I am going through PayPal to get my. Money refunded , I hope !!

DO NOT BUY FORM THESE PEOPLE, if you want to return anything for what ever reason you CANNOT GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM ,all of my emails just keep coming back saying CANNOT DELIVER ,so don't buy from them .

Despite several requests I have been unable to find out how to return items for a full refund.

The product a calf length dress .. that looks soft / Matt and drapy in photo (and I am sure in photo is linen.. ) is poorly fitting/ very poorly sewn in white thread when multi print Definitly oatmeal/ taupe a better choice of there colour .. als fabric shiny and 100% syntheticAbsolutly terrible not worth the money
