Wine arrived but so tightly packed that labels all torn at the bottom. Impossible to be used as gifts.

I apologise for the last reply to this. I'm sorry you had an issue with our packaging. If you can either post a photo or send one to orders [at] cambridgewine.com, we'll talk to anyone involved with packaging to make sure it doesn't happen again. Having said that, it was proabbly someone - like me, one of the computer guys - drafted in to help during the busy season, and not our regular logistics staff.
