Big thanks to the Team and in particular to Luke for updating software and enabling my Sony RX100 to now link with phone. Purchased several products over the years when I visit Cardiff. Great traditional shop and very knowledgeable team, will visit again.

Exceptional service. Although delivery would have been free, I paid an extra fiver for next day when I'd be around. Extremely well packaged too.

Bought a DJI Neo from CCU via amazon and they sent a refurb unit. Amazon's own invoice lists the condition as new, while CCU put refurb on the invoice. Now I have to figure out how to return it and buy from a trusted seller. Avoid.

Staff were helpful and after I had explained my requirement suggested equipment that would best suit my needs but with no pressure to buy what had been recommended. They also gave tips on how to improve photo quality.

Hahnel camera batteries were in stock at a good price. The salesman on the phone was very helpful and the batteries were dispatched promptly and arrived as promised within a few days (in Northern Ireland). I have ordered from Camera Centre UK before and the service is still the same - excellent!
