We entered into an agreement with…

We entered into an agreement with Cameramatics in good faith expecting a professionally managed fleet solution. Unfortunately, the system was never properly installed or made operational despite repeated attempts over a prolonged period to resolve the issues directly with the company.

Throughout this time, charges continued to be taken by both Cameramatics and Siemens Finance for a service which, from our perspective, was never fully delivered. More recently, an additional “insurance” / “asset protection” charge has also appeared on the finance invoices at almost the same value as the system charge itself, despite this never being properly explained, justified, or agreed during the sales process.

Concerns were raised multiple times, yet meaningful resolution and accountability were lacking.

The most frustrating part has not simply been the implementation failures, but the apparent unwillingness to take ownership of the problem and resolve it commercially and reasonably when given multiple opportunities to do so.

At this stage, confidence in the service and support offering has been lost entirely. Had we not been tied into the associated finance agreement, we would have cancelled the service some time ago.

I would strongly encourage any business considering Cameramatics to ensure they fully understand both the implementation process and the finance arrangements before proceeding.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your experience.

While there were delays in progressing the installation, which we have acknowledged previously, CameraMatics remained committed throughout to completing the installation and working toward a resolution.

In an effort to resolve matters constructively, we made substantial goodwill proposals on two separate occasions, including an offer equivalent to the value of payments made to date, alongside prioritised installation scheduling. Unfortunately, it was not possible to reach an agreement.

As some of the matters raised involve a third-party finance provider and ongoing discussions, it would not be appropriate for us to comment in detail in a public forum. However, we take the concerns raised seriously.

While we regret that your confidence in our service has been affected, we remain open to further discussions in the hope of reaching a resolution.

Avoid this company at all cost!!

I would strongly advise anyone considering a role at Cameramatics to think carefully before accepting an offer, particularly if you’re looking for a structured, supportive environment with clear career growth.

During my time there, it became clear that there is little to no career progression framework in place. There are no defined development plans, no meaningful performance reviews, and no guidance on how to grow within the company. For anyone early in their career or looking to advance in the tech space, this lack of direction can be especially frustrating. IT Managers come with massive egos and pretend like they know what they're doing.

The workload is consistently high, and you are expected to operate under constant pressure with minimal support from leadership. There is a noticeable absence of organisation—no clear planning, scheduling, or prioritisation—which makes day-to-day work unnecessarily stressful. Instead of being set up to succeed, employees are often left to figure things out on their own.

Support from management is limited, and communication can be lacking. Combined with poor documentation, this creates an environment where even routine tasks become difficult to navigate. As a result, many employees struggle to keep up with expectations, which contributes to a high turnover rate. It’s not uncommon for new hires to leave within a few months due to the workload and lack of guidance.

Compensation is also below market standards, especially when compared to other SaaS companies. In addition, there are no meaningful benefits such as support for further education or professional development, which further limits long-term growth opportunities.

For those expecting a technical role, it’s worth noting that there is no dedicated in-house development team. Much of the technical work is outsourced, meaning your primary responsibility will lean heavily toward customer support. This can be challenging, particularly when dealing with complex issues without adequate technical backing or internal resources.

Overall, the company may not be the right fit for individuals seeking stability, structured growth, or a collaborative and well-supported working environment.

Jim Kronenberger & Tiffany Kennedy are the BEST!

i contacted Jim Kronenberger on his cell phone late night around 10pm because I had just installed my new cameramatics camera. He actually picked up the phone and answered all of my installation questions. Then I needed help with setting up and getting access to the online portal & app so he told me to email Tiffany Kennedy. She not only replied to my emails but answered my calls at this late hour. Both Jim and Tiffany were able to fix everything and get me going. It is rare to find people who genuinely want to help. I cant thank them enough. Cameramatics has my business for life because of them!
