We’re proud to have fulfilled hundreds of thousands of orders, and the overwhelming majority of our customers have had a positive experience with us. When you look at the small handful of negative reviews in that context, it represents a very high level of customer satisfaction overall.

We always aim to provide the best possible service. This includes keeping customers fully informed about their orders, with shipping that is typically next working day within the UK. We send regular updates via email, although unfortunately we can’t control whether these are read or end up in spam folders.

Like any business operating at scale, occasional issues can arise, and sometimes expectations may not align with the service outlined at the point of purchase. That said, we always do our best to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.

We believe it’s important for customers to consider the full picture. A very small percentage of reviews does not reflect the experience of the vast majority of people we serve every day.

We remain committed to providing reliable service, clear communication, and continuous improvement.

On that note I would like to point out that Trust Pilot itself has worst reviews than any company on it! It’s a scam to make companies fear bad reviews and have to pay a subscription.

The trouble with dealing with an independent supplier rather than a online marketplace, is that with the former there is no accountability. Campervan Culture has apparently never heard the phrase, "How can we make this right?" and told me to sod off after I received the wrong number of items, one of which arrived broken. Sloppy, unethical and defensive. Avoid.

An absolute garbage company to deal with, sent me used parts then refused the return and also ignored my phone calls beware of this company stay clear there are plenty of good companies out there.

I have been a customer for years and the service they provide is excellent. General helpfulness and service is so refreshing.

Received package late. Box was damaged. Parts missing. No instructions. Totally unprofessional

I placed an order on Thursday Afternoon and they only picked it on the following Tuesday and then they use Hermes and I am still waiting for the items on the following Thursday a whole week later and still with out my purchase.
