Canceled the 3 day trial after 2 days. Emailed them immediately to refund because they charged before the trial ended. No response, I followed up with an email, still no response.

Ich bin so wütend weil ich angeblich ein Abo abgeschlossen habe aber ich bin mir sicher das ich kein Abo abgeschlossen! Das ist ein Scam definitiv!
Also passt bitte auf wenn ihr diese App benutzt!

I also paid for full access to the priemium version of the app. and still I keep on getting spamed with adverticements ale the time , very time consuming and annoying, especially when I paid especially to get rid of the spam.

It is not possibe to get in touch with the comany anywhere to get et right, due to my payment. very annoying as I allready paid.

Just installed the app on IOS following the trial instructions as it was clearly stating that the trial would end after 3 days and they would let me know 24 hours in advance so I wouldn't miss. They didn't, I filed an official complaint and received "automated/AI generated e-mails briefly saying nothing could be done."

paid $78 for 3 document scanning which could also be done by the phones camera

app vecchia e di macchinoso utilizzo, tenuta per anni in abbonamento premium per modifiche pdf e collage documenti, nell'ultimo aggiornamento hanno tolto anche l'unica funzione che utilizzavo, cioè la possibilità di mettere un docuemnto su carta intestata. se già prima il costo dell'app non aveva alcuna proporzione rispetto alle scarse e malfunzionanti fuznioni dell'app, adesso senza questa funzione il presso è decisamente una rapina. ho immediatamente annullato l'abbonamento e comprato altra app. fregare le persone porta a un'immagine negativa che poi te le fa perdere a cascata perchè far sentir stupide le persone è quanto di peggio un'azienda possa fare e mi auguro che pagherete le conseguenze. complimentoni per la trasparenza

Amazing app, saves so much time, makes all scanning and organising processes alot easier.

EXCELLENT app, great functionality, supportive Customer Service. Only ONE major gripe.... The tablet interface could and should be improved. How? When scanning from your phone it's perfect. However, when scanning on a tablet it is very awkward to hold the tablet and tap the capture button (due to size of tablet, and location of capture button). It 'simply' needs either a FLOATING capture button (one that may be moved) or at minimum a SECOND capture button on the side (as well as the one at the bottom) of the screen. This would make it far easier to capture a scan with a tablet. C'mon CamScanner, sort it out (please!)

I used the trial version of the Camscanner app once and then deleted the app. A few days later, I noticed that an annual fee was charged to my card. They charged me without me requesting an annual plan, and the app is awful. I don't use it anymore. I demand a refund.

I paid for full access to the app, but after completing the payment, I was still unable to access the premium features. The app continued to show that I had not made any payment and kept asking me to pay again.

Due to this issue, I contacted Apple to request a refund. However, I was told that a refund couldn’t be issued and that I should contact my bank instead.

This experience was very frustrating. I paid but never received what I paid for. Please look into this issue and ensure it doesn’t happen to others.

In Google Pay the app seems to be free, but when you install it you automatically pay 277 DKK. LOUSY

It used to be a great app but it's latest variant is absolutely rubbish and I have a premium account

The application works well, but then they deny my premium account. Cant use t il anymore as it is spam by publicity. It s bad. Cant even find their support chat easily. probably a scam now

Everything was Ok until I bought and new smartphone. Pub, Pub and more Pub. I had to prove from an email received 6 months ago that I had paid. Couldn't find the email so no solution.
I think I am yet another victim of .....
Good advice: find another app

Software is great. BUT the free trial period automatically signs you up for an ongoing, paid relationship which looks to be impossible to easily cancel. DON’T Recommend for that reason alone. L unfortunately, This is why consumers have to be protected via Class Action Lawsuits and State Attorney Generals. What a shame on Camscanner.

It used to be the best app until they decided to bombard it with ads! I wanted to pay them to get no ad version but my country doesn't support google play payment methods and I couldn't find any contact info to ask for alternate payment method so I get the full version. so I have to deal with ads for now

It an OK app to use. Quality not 100% perfect i.e slight blur on images when converted to PDF than if normal photo taken. But most annoying is when the ads appear. Ive had app a few months now, used a few times and it frustrating when pick up phone to scan documents and in middle of doing work ads appear - wasting my time when I need to get urgent work done. If I had known, I would never have gone with Camscanner.
Even more concerning is the earlier poor reviews. Does Camscanner not read these to help improve its services - as none of them I can see have any replies!

Difficult to delete account.

To get my account deleted, I had to write to them by email. And their response was very verbose and confusing.

Edit: 8/10/2023. This process is taking a very long time.

I don't know how I did anything before CamScanner. I use the free version and somehow manage to get everything done for free. Typically, I make photos of documents that look like real photocopies. Even photo of IMG to DOC can be done if you watch an advertisement first (to 'pay your dues'); a great time saver.

A lightweight tool for document scanning, it deserves the try

I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES NO RESPONSE I WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGED ONE TIME FOR THE YEAR. THEY CHARGE ME CONTINUALLY
