Client said tours were good overall, but Montreal tours felt generic. Should have given more variety. There was overlap in their experiences.

The tour was very well planned. The route stupendous! Exceptionally good car rental. We made a recommendation for a change to future stays in Haines but it otherwise we liked our accommodations.

Well fell in love with this corner of Canada and its history. One of the best trips we’ve ever done!

The 1st Morning Coffee and Muffin, Was a Disaster, The Rain - Not Predictable,
But No chairs to seat and have the coffee, Just Standing in Deep mud of water, Was Tough.
Other than that, it is good that Barbara didn't Come - As this Run is Not for Older than 70, I managed dissipate being 80 in this coming November.
I am still Hopeful to correct Barbara's Impression on Canada, or any Future Trip, may be another tour, Probably by Tran is best for us. Or may be a River Boat Run from St Pittsburgh Russia, if you do Europe ? and if I can Afford it.

I was very happy with the service and options given for my clients, who took their teenage sons to BC for 2 weeks. The only problem was incorrect timing on the transfer to Whistler, easy mistake but caused angst for my clients. The company reimbursed the money for the transfer, which was much appreciated. Attention to details is just so important in our industry. Otherwise the clients and I were very happy with the trip.

I could not have been happier with our recent trip to western Canada! Jennifer B was friendly and very helpful in answering all my questions. The lodging we were assigned were wonderful! Especially Deer Lodge at Lake Louise.

We enjoyed our visit to the Rockies. everything went smoothly and on time. Bus drivers were very polite and courteous. Loved all the beautiful scenery and tours, Hotels were clean and comfortable. And our stay at the beautiful Chateau Louise was a special treat.

We were very pleased with the service received by Canada by Design. They helped us plan a self driving tour through the Yukon. We were very pleased with the accommodation and when we were unable to travel the Dempster Highway to Inuvik due to road closure they quickly refunded our money for the hotels we were unable to reach. We have already recommended this company to several friends.

Great trip overall. Had a panic attack when we looked in the voucher book and found that we did not have a voucher for a ferry ride, only the voucher for the fuel surcharge. Emailed but discovered that Jennifer was out of town. The team looked into it and got back to us very quickly and belayed our fears. Turns out we were not only able to board with just the fuel charge voucher, but we were able to get on an earlier ferry which allowed us to do more sightseeing at our new destination! Two less than great things. We had two nights in Moncton. One would have been enough. The hotel was nice and actually changed our room to a very quiet wing when it was discovered we were not business travelers. However, if we hadn't had the good fortune of meeting up with an old friend who lived about 45 minutes away, our 2nd full day would have been boring. There is not much to do in Moncton that doesn't involve visiting a mall, which is not our thing. The other negative thing was our night at the Keltic Lodge on Cape Breton. It is in no way a 3 or 4 star hotel! Our room was over the kitchen and there was metal banging from 4:30-11:30 pm. Drunk golfers ruined the entertainment that evening. The rain was so loud on the metal roof and gutters that we had a hard time hearing the TV...and we have a metal roof on our home, so it's not like it was a novelty...I found out my dentist had stayed there a few days before we had and he asked for his money back. Otherwise, we had a great time, even after following Hurricane Dorian!

Our trip to western Canada was extremely well-planned with all the accommodations being more than satisfactory. By far the most scenic road trip I have ever taken.
We would most definitely use them again
