Terrible service - tracking packages incorrectly, overcharging, upselling when packages exist, all in all terrible quality of professionalism and service.

I am pushing it here to even give them 1 star. They should be embarrassed that they offer cool sculpting. If you have a problem with spending a mere $2000 or more dollars with no results, then this isn’t for you. What they will offer you, if this does happen, is for you to pay more money to do the same treatment again. I am dealing with a Covid wedding that was postponed, a fiancé that just had a heart attack and a lengthy drive, but what does that matter if there is money to be made?!
