Reliable and trustworthy

The staff was good to deal with, we did not get the RV we originally wanted but the one that was supplied was sufficient. We had no problems with the RV, everything worked as expected.

Easy pick up and drop off. Had a great time and when an issue arose it was handled quickly and professionally.

Provided a good experience at an affordable cost.
Staff is generally very helpful.
There is care for customers.
Some staff are very young and new, so they should be more trained .
Vehicles were provided in good condition.
There is less support when it comes to guiding where to stay and park during the travel, the information is generally generic not specific.
The instructions about how to turn on the furnace should be looked into and rewritten.
The rear window of the Ford DVC has no window blinds, the pull down screen does not stops the light from coming in the cabin.
The curtain for the windscreen does not sticks to the Velcro well, duct tape needed to keep it hanging.
The vehicle itself is comfortable and easy to drive.
A better hand parking brake or electronic park brake will be helpful.

All in all very good. No complaints. Would happily use them again

Great service and a very very quick response via e-mail from the customer support team! We rented the winterized RV! We had some issues in the preparation/pick up time and during our stay with the furnace. However, we experienced the help from the canadream team as very respectful and adequate and the issues were solved quick and in a good manner

Good service on the road !
We had a slow leak in one of our tires.
Canadream directed us to a garage that was able to repair it quickly.

Weather was great and snow helped the skiing

Excellent staff to walk through the RV before we hit the road. Issue with the booking were very quickly resolved with no issues, we didn’t get hit with any hidden fees and the MHA maxi motorhome was spotless and very well equipped. Just recommend you take pictures of everything! Including odometer as we thought we were under kms but happened to be over - even with this it was cheap, easy, and will definitely be booking with Canadream again. Very happy!

As we arrived at the station in Calgary our RV was waiting for us! Due to the online check-in everything went quick and smooth at pick up and after half an hour we were ready to roll!
Our RV was very clean and modern, cozy at the same time.
You can order your RV with your preferences and different insurance options! We are always happy with the Platinum Plus package, worry-free:)
The drop off in Calgary also went very smooth and quick!
It is not the first time we rented with CanaDream and it will not be the last time. See you again:)

The wheel bearing went on the rental RV, very scary. There was grinding and noises when we left the parking lot we circled back but it kind of quit so we carried back on the road. We are lucky for sure travelling in the mountains. We ended up renting an SUV to make it to our destination but had to get motel rooms along the way and then come back two days in the wrong direction to pick up the fixed RV, drop off suv rental and head back home. So we were late getting home and didn’t get to go our original route planned but we made it safe and sound an Cana dream paid for the rental SUV and 3/4 of our motel rooms. So that was very nice. Good reminder to listen to your gut and make darn sure the unit is in proper driving condition before taking off. Other than that the RV would have served its purpose and was a nice option for our 3 week working vacation. It would also be nice to speak to the same person directly when issues do arise so your not repeating the story 10 times and trying to explain what is going on.

One of the most amazing experiences I've had in my life. The RV is perfect for anyone looking for an adventure at anytime of the year (specially winter). Definitely recommend it!

All went well, MHA maxi camper was very comfy in the winter, the stuff was friendly and helpful. We took the highest insurance and drop&go options so we didn't had leave any deposit nor do cleaning before drop off.

From pick up to drop off we had the most amazing trip. The flexibility to make our own itinerary and adjust to what we wanted as we travelled was a huge advantage. The national and RV parks were welcoming and fairly easy to navigate. Highly recommend as it was up there either one one of our best trips! Thank you
