Une belle première expérience
Nous avons loué un VR chez CanaDream pendant trois semaines et avons eu une excellente expérience. Le véhicule était récent, propre, confortable et bien équipé. Le service à la clientèle a également été très professionnel et attentionné, autant lors de la prise en charge que pendant notre voyage. Nous recommandons CanaDream sans hésitation!

Une belle expérience en camping car avec Canadream. Le véhicule était quasi neuf, très confortable, et très bien équipé.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis au départ comme au retour.

Belle efficacité du service location VR chez Canadream
Réponse rapide à mes questions lors de la réservation, accueil et process de récupération et de rendu agréable et efficace à l'agence de Mirabel/ Montréal, RV en parfait état et bien agencé.
Points à améliorer :
Pas de contact direct avec l'agence de Mirabel avec pour conséquence des interlocuteurs parlant seulement Anglais alors que nous sommes au Québec
Caméra de recul quasi inutile car donnant une vision erronée
Il serait bien plus simple de livre le VR avec le plein que de devoir le rendre au même niveau
les coûts annexes de location sont trop importants

Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Camper hatte 1500 km auf dem Tacho und war brandneu.
Wir durften eine wunderschöne Tour geniessen.

Amazing experience
We had an amazing experience with CanaDream!
They offer fair prices and their customer service is quick and super friendly.
The RV we got was brand new and we really enjoyed our time exploring eastern Canada. When we had a minor issue with a water leak, their hotline was very responsive to support us.
Would recommend their services highly!

We received a faulty caravan
We received a faulty caravan. The caravan's operating battery was faulty, and throughout the entire trip we had no refrigerator and had to throw away the food we bought. In addition, there was a beeping sound from the refrigerator indicating a malfunction, disturbing our sleep at night. We took a picture of the message and reported it when we returned the caravan. The beeping started when we stopped for more than 10 minutes. The station manager in Halifax personally checked and said that there was indeed a malfunction, he saw that every time the water pump was turned on, the battery was drained. We are waiting for compensation for the emotional distress, and loss. We signed the report sent to you from Halifax. Thank you for your consideration, Yehuda.

Le véhicule avait problème mécanique…
Le véhicule avait problème mécanique nous avons fait notre voyage au complet à la cinquième vitesse alors qu’il y a six vitesses nous avons avisé canadream plusieurs fois mais il mon assuré qu’il n’avait pas de problème de ce fait pas trop d’économie d’essence et difficultés à monter les côtes lorsque vous êtes en 5.

Le VR était en très bonne condition, propreté impeccable. Processus de réservation efficace et bonne documentation. Dommage que nous ne pouvions pas utiliser l'auvent lorsqu'il pleut ou qu'il fait trop soleil.
