Fantastic Customer Service & Quality

Canal Sound & Light totally saved our event by providing excellent lights for a Step & Repeat and event helping us to move the step & repeat from our storage facility to our venue. When the power wasn't working initially they were able to explain what was needed to the facility manager, and got things working under a short timeframe. I would absolutely use Canal Sound & Light again for future lighting needs.

Fast delivery

Pretty good site and fast delivery. Didn't receive any confirmation emails during the process, or info about tracking the package, which was somewhat worrisome, but it arrived quickly nonetheless.

first rate product and service

hard to find LD Systems PA not available at more prominent internet supplier--- but no problem at CanalSound. Price match -- delivered on time. Knowledgable sales pro Gabe was very helpful. If you are looking for pro stage sound and light gear this is the place.

Huge selection with personal feel

In NYC a good electronic store is hard to find, but ever since I found this place I haven't gone anywhere else! A+

If you are looking for a place where you want to make a one time purchase and interact with no-one, then amazon or best buy would probably work fine for you. But if you are looking to build a relationship, recieve real expertise, and feel like a human this place is where you wanna go. Gabriel and his team always take great care of me in the rental department.

Also, their prices are very fair and sometimes unbeatable! Really can't recomend this place enough
