Superbien, llegamos de Bcn un miércoles sobre las 11 y nos estaban esperando (éramos una pareja más y nosotros), a la vuelta lo mismo, super puntuales y sólo paramos en 2 hoteles más.
Estaba asustada por las malas opiniones, pero a nosotros nos fué superbien.

Absolutely terrible service. The return transfer did not turn up despite waiting in the designated area (as per instructions they sent) 15 minutes early. When I contacted them (by email as there was no answer on the emergency number), I was advised that it was actually another bus company called Bus Leader who were collecting us. Needless to say they didn’t turn up. I was then sent an email address to complain to and request a refund, and I’m still waiting for a reply. Don’t be seduced by the low price as it costs double by the time you’ve paid for a last minute Uber! I will pursue a refund but failing that, I will be making a complaint in person when we return to Tenerife in a few weeks …

Poor experience with this shuttle service. I arrived 10 minutes early at the agreed pickup location. It was not busy and there was no one else around. I was the only person there with a suitcase, clearly waiting for this service. I did not see any bus and tried calling their emergency line 6 times, but there was no answer. In the end, I had to take a taxi to make my flight. For a paid service, I expect basic contact or customer care. Not recommended.

This is our experience of Canaryshuttle:

We paid £270 for transfers from, and to, the airport. For that amount of money, we expected a stress free experience. This was not the case.
On arrival, we walked with our cases to the other side of the coach park to the office to check in. We were told to wait outside in the rain. Eventually, a gentleman arrived who confirmed my name and I then confirmed the destination. He told us to follow him back past where we had already come from. There was no offer of help for my partner with her suitcase. When we tried to board the coach, the passenger door was jammed against the kerb. The driver repositioned the coach and the door jammed on the kerb again. He repositioned it again, the door then opened so we boarded and set off. I got the impression the driver wasn't familiar with the vehicle. The gearbox was also making some terrible whining noises. A while into the journey, I noticed the driver kept looking at the passenger door. It hadn't shut properly and was starting to open! He then stopped the vehicle on a roundabout and tried to open the door with the button unsuccessfully so he used the emergency lever to open it and then closed it again. It still wasn't closed properly and he was constantly distracted by it. As an ex driving instructor, I also found his driving intimidating being far too close to the vehicle's in front.
When we reached the outskirts of Corralejo, unbelievably, he pulled over again and asked us if we knew the way?Reluctantly, I said I could provide an address but he declined and continued looking at, I presume, Google maps whilst driving. We eventually entered the road which was now familiar to me. I told him the villa was at the far end but he kept stopping every few yards to ask if we were here? This happened about 6 times. We eventually arrived and couldn't wait to disembark.

Benedetta is a nice lady and good driver.
Arrived earlier than our pick up time so we got on the road a bit earlier than expected.
Could do with checking the airbag and tyre pressure warning lights though!

Benedetta was lovely very helpful and polite. Felt very safe with her driving. Very comfortable transport.

Reservé e indique mi hora de llegada y mi numero de vuelo, pero al llegar estaba todo cerrado. Tuve que llamar asistencia clientes para que se me proporcionara un servicio alternativo.

Contratas un trayecto con seguro y no aparece el bus, cuando ya llevas más de 1h, preguntas y te dicen que se ha roto y que no saben cuando vendrá....y ya está, no se acerca alguien a informarte, no sé disculpan, no te dan solución....te tienes que buscar la vida en taxi para llegar pero lo peor no es eso, es como si no pasara nada.....a ver, hay allí gente esperando, no somos animales. Empieza la gente a mover sus maletas para buscar un taxi y pones una reclamación y dicen que estudiarán el tema?....que tema, he tenido que coger un taxi porque nadie me da una solución. Eso se llama estafar, y la imagen al turista es pésima......si hay un problema pues lo normal es informar y dar solución. No dejar a la gente en el andén hasta que se aburran de esperar.

They are utterly rubbish and unreliable.
They didn't come to pick us up in fuerteventura Oliva beach. They don't send you receipt so you can not claim refund because wise want a receipt for the refund.
Their customers service is non existent.

Every time I try and every time I regret. To be fair, they have been efficient at returning me to the airport, but on all three occasions my airport pick ups have left me sitting on a stationary vehicle for an hour or more waiting for passengers who often don’t appear. To the taxi rank it is!

Würde es null Sterne geben hätte ich das gemacht. Das schlimmste Transfer. Für 80km 3,5 stunden gebraucht, davor über 1 Stunde auf dem Bus gewartet. Halber Tag vom Urlaub verschwendet. Vor der Buchung wurde es mir gesagt die fahrt dauert 1,5 Std. Sitze immer noch im Bus. Wir sind um 12:20 gelandet.

Bus did not turn up and after waiting an hour we contacted the company and were told to get a taxi and we would be refunded. When we tried to get a refund we were refused, and we are now £62 out of pocket. We would avoid using this company in the future and look at other options.

We arrive and had a great quick transfer timeout hotel in a very clean guy and a great driver with Sanchez 👍

Victor the bus driver was superb - very informative regarding Lanzarote & very funny regarding petrol station.
