I wore the Candid aligners for two years. They screwed up my bite so bad that my jaw ended up out of socket. When I was finished with my first scheduled treatment plan my bite was so bad. I emailed them and let them know that my molars were not lining up and it was causing me problems with eating. I told them I was going to have to go to an orthodontist to get it fixed. They said they would send me more aligners to fix it. I went through that series of aligners. I started having serious pain in my jaw and could barely open my mouth. I ended up at a jaw expert office for TMD, and my jaw was completely out of socket. They had to put my jaw back in socket, and now I am having to wear aligners for another two years and this round of the ordeal is costing me $10,000 to fix what Candid ruined. The only reason that I was using the Candid aligners in the first place was that my front teeth and bottom teeth were just getting a little crooked the way they were when I was a child…kind of going back to what they were when I was a kid in the front after I turned 60. But what candidate did to me has caused me pain, frustration, and a lot of money. Go to an orthodontist don’t use Candid!!!

This was Candid Co back in 2021 when I did my treatment and when I came to them with my concerns, they did not care. First off, they sent me the wrong box during treatment. There was three boxes and I got the first and third. Then I got the second box last when I was already on my third box when they realized they sent me the wrong treatment. Secondly, I had 10 cavities during that time of treatment and I told them that it was because of the braces and they did not believe me. Understand I have never had so many cavities in my entire life. The last time I had a cavity was in elementary school… So explain that… I went back to them since they are the ones that treated me and told them that I need another treatment and ask for a discount and they did not care. They did not help me. They did not do anything about it. Their name should not be Candid pro because they are not professional at all. I would never recommend them… the braces did not even help me because now I need them again.

We have had such a great experience working with and providing care to our patients with CandidPro. Their team of professionals is top notch, going out of their way to ensure the success of CandidPro in our practice! I would highly recommend CandidPro to any practice considering offering aligner treatment to their patients, or to anyone looking for aligner treatment for themselves.

There are so many great features of CandidPro that others have mentioned, I’ll just give a hardy second to those. As for me, I am a previous Invisalign trainer and have 100% switched to CandidPro. With orthodontists to guide your movement plans, your focus can be on the big picture of arch form, occlusal plane, aesthetic results and occlusal harmony! Beauteous!

I have been a previous Invisalign and suresmile provider and have swithed over to Candid Pro. I am very happy with the results and customer service. I also like the scanner patients use at home to make sure their aligners are seating well and to know when to actually change them.
WithInvisalign I had too many refinements and sometimes would have to end up plaing brackets to finish the cases. I like that Candid Pro used an orthodiontist to treatment plan the case.
Invisalign also has not had the best customer service in my past experience.

As a CandidPro provider, (and past InvisAlign and SureSmile provider), I can definitely say that CandidPr offers the best customer service. As a GP, I work with a single orthodontist on each case. Not only do they mock up the intial case, and any changes that I require, but they also field complex questions and concerns that arise during treatment planning.

Also, the AI platform is fantastic! I love being able to check on progress, watch treatment progession videos, and see how my patients are doing with their tracking.

Attachment numbers are generally low, and patient experience is great.

I am a general dentist who has used Invisalign for years. Invisalign is well known to doctors and patients because they have excellent marketing.

However CandidPro’s service to doctors is by far much better than Invisalign, including support from CandidPro orthodontists that Invisalign doesn’t offer. Additionally it is more beneficial for patients as well. Most patients don’t understand that Invisalign has a tiered pricing structure, which means that if patients want to achieve their best result, they have to pay for the most expensive package. Invisalign’s mid-grade and cheap packages do not achieve the patient’s best result, which is why many doctors typically choose the most expensive package for patients.

In comparison, CandidPro can achieve the patient’s best result with a price comparable to Invisalign’s “mid-range” product. That alone has to be a no-brainer for doctors and patients.

New to Candid pro and just began my first case with Alex. The experience this far has been awesome, and every step was thorough and handled with ease. I liked the online portal and communication with the orthodontist was very helpful.

I have been working with Candid Pro for several years. I have found their aligners to be very effective and our patients love them! The virtual monitoring system is very user friendly and reduces office visits for our patients. We are also very happy with their customer service team.
