Does not smell like the exact same perfume that my friend has. Totally disappointed with it, and for the money its been a costly mistake.

Rabia , gave me the best perfume recommendations , very attentive and helpful. Shouting her every time , and so should you !

Well the perfume its self smells nice but it fades away.
The oil they use to do was better and stronger and long lasting even after washing my clothes you could still smell it..!!!
Sorry but the perfume ant the same or strong neither long lasting so its disappointing and ant worth paying that much.! Once u spray it smells nice but after 2 to 3 mins the smell is gone..! U lot need to get your oils back cause paying u for them type of perfumes ant worth wasting money on..!!!

Terrible experience and the perfumes are even worse.

I tried the sample sprays at the concession of 2 perfumes for my wedding for the daytime and evening. Gorgeous! and lasted for ages on my skin. I was told by the assistant the two I had chosen are known to last on the skin and is a perfect choice for my wedding. I decided to purchase those same perfumes and spent over £100.

After taking the perfumes home I wanted to show my bridesmaid so did a spray on each wrist and to my disappointment after 5 minutes the smell disappeared completely. It seems very obvious that the samples they have out to try are MUCH stronger than the ones you actually purchase. Unhappy with this, I wanted to return them as I’d spent a lot of money and didn’t get exactly what I was told I was getting … I then realise the assistant did not put the receipt in the bag like I asked.

So I email customer service …. and before I continue, note that this was SIX weeks ago and I am still no further on than when I started.

I emailed to explain my situation regarding the perfume, receipt etc to have to wait 2 weeks for an initial reply. After this, I was told that I can return them to store with my receipt for a full refund … they clearly didn’t read my email properly or they’d have known I don’t have a receipt and through no fault of my own but I do have proof of purchase on my bank statement which shows the transaction. I then had to wait for yet another email. I finally get an email from a manager who patronisingly send me this ridiculous essay on how perfume “works” on clothing and skin (i also would like to add I used to work on fragrance at Selfridges so i am more than aware and knowledgeable) and because of “health and safety” I cannot return the perfumes (even though I was told prior to this by someone else that I could, again when they already knew I had tried them at home which I explained in my reply repeating myself yet again and also added that it seems they make up the rules as they go along one says one thing then someone else says the opposite) they then replied and said that no one is able to assist me further and that was the end of the matter in their eyes. I asked to take it higher because the service and product is far from acceptable and it’s also worth noting that I did mention that it has completely ruined my experience in shopping for my wedding perfumes AND I now have to spend more money elsewhere on a better product …. I was asked to leave my number so someone could contact me … still waiting. I never ever leave bad reviews but I’m actually so annoyed with the shocking level of service from this company I feel like I have no choice. I will NEVER purchase anything from here again and will absolutely not recommend them anyone, trust me and don’t waste your time or money, I’ve never known a company so difficult to deal with.

Amazing perfumes, Night in Paris and The Duchess my favourite long stay, strong but beautiful smell. I absolutely love it.

Bought the set of 5 perfumes for £65 as drawn in by the lovely smell in Meadowhall. Disappointingly the perfumes last only minutes on the skin. What a waste of money!

Shivani was very helpful and lovely. very patient and kind. I will be back just because of her service!

Store was clean and well laid out. Staff were friendly and helpful however, when I returned home with my lovely packaged reed diffuser pulled it out of the box the paint had started to flake off the bottle. I paid £27 for a reed diffuser and it looks like something out of B&M unfortunately I’m not impressed with the product.

Excellent customer service! Shivani at the Stratford branch was amazing and super helpful. it was my first time shopping at their store and it was fantastic. Their scents are heavenly! They’ve got a loyal customer now!!

Shivani was very accommodating and she took her time to show me the perfumes as I wasn’t sure on what to get. Excellent customer service, I really appreciate it.
