They sent me an email saying they'll be preparing my order shortly and in the meantime please check my order and let them know if there's any changes. I let them know immediately I didn't want one item and they totally ignored my request and sent it anyway. It was an item that was $22.50 and I'm totally unimpressed and will never order again. I spent $170!!!!

Have placed multiple orders with this supplier and they have always responded quickly in shippping and protected goods from melting.

Just wish they were out of stock on some goods less.

Been looking for Allan big for candies for so long I’m so happy I found a place that has them

It was my first order with Candy Funhouse. Customer Service excellent, I had a few questions before I placed my order that included chocolate shipping in the Summer. Website well laid out, check easy. My order arrived quickly and my chocolate wasn’t melted. Chocolate shipping in summer never a guarantee but it made it and I will purchase again

great selection! i love being able to get candy from outside canada! I was pleased when it only took a week from ordering to arriving, and it was very well packaged! my new go to for camping candy!

I sent a comment after I received my purchase but had no response. All the chocolate was so badly melted that it has to go right in the garbage. It was packaged ok but out for delivery for 8 hours. I saw the person drop it off on a hot humid day in an old van with all the windows open. The courier service is terrible, should at least have a/c. Will not order again in the warm weather.

Ordered a few times. Very quick fulfillment and delivery. I had an issue where I made a mistake on my order, I emailed them and it was handled quickly and didn’t delay how quick they ship. Great company, great customer service. Not much else you can ask for.

Love all the nostalgic products! Great variety and stock available. Quick and easy to order. Fast delivery with uncomplicated process to ship to Canada. Will order again.
Great for fun gifts, parties and for those with a sweet tooth

I always have great experiences with this company. We order the monthly box, and it’s always a great mix of new treats for the family to share and enjoy. We’ve also done random miscellaneous orders and have had good experiences also. My last order they didn’t have one item I ordered, but I got the refund quickly, and they sent a free bonus item to try which was a nice surprise!

The order came super fast and was correct. The only downside that I've noticed is that some items can be bought cheaper elsewhere
