Extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. My toilet broke after only 5 months, and instead of standing behind their product or making the repair process easy, I’ve been stuck in a nightmare just trying to buy a replacement part.

For 5 days, I’ve been trying to order a simple broken piece. All I’ve received is a price, but no call back, no order link, and no way to actually purchase the part. I’ve called multiple times, used their chat, and followed up repeatedly—no one cares to call back.

To make matters worse, this part cannot be found anywhere else, so I’m completely stuck waiting on a company that won’t respond, even though I’m ready to pay and just want the part shipped.

Very frustrating experience. Poor communication, poor support, and zero urgency to help a customer with a defective product. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
