I don't like the way 14 day turn around…
I don't like the way 14 day turn around when your website reads that you will have a renewal card in minutes via digital or US mail. Why is there a waiting period when the website says immediate which means right away. A temporary digital card should be issued like the website says, immediately for those with serious illnesses.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The physician certificate (recommendation) is emailed right away after the appointment. Some states like Oklahoma require that the certificate be sent to the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) to receive a state-issued card. The turnaround for OMMA is about 14 days once the application is submitted.
The physician's assistant tried giving you a call and has sent an email to help you complete this application. Could you please give her a call back at your convenience? I want to make sure everything gets submitted properly to ensure there are no delays from the state application.
We do serve multiple states, so some of the information on our website is geared for states that allow the certificate issued by the physician to be sufficient for access to dispensaries. I understand how this can cause confusion and apologize for that.
If you have trouble getting in touch with the physician's assistant or need us to give you her number, please call us at 804-893-5068.
