Honestly I ordered a few canvas for Mother’s Day they all
Showed they would be arrived by May 9, however as we get closer here we are showing we will not receive until wed after Mother’s Day. If I knew this I would have went with another company. Beyond disappointed

Very fast delivery and print times. Find deliverable high quality. The live agent was somewhat helpful but can be more informative about bulk order pricing.

Fast delivery. Photos look great on canvas. Thank you all for your hard work and attention to detail. I will probably have one of the photos reproduced again. Everything looks great. Customer service is always prompt.
The frame didn’t have the two clear plastic bumpers as some in the past have. It’s never a constant. Sometimes my order has them, other times not. I also recommend padding the frame when shipping.

I was getting all my grandkids…
I was getting all my grandkids graduation pictures done on Canvas so I can hang them on the wall… Some already had them from school. I have one more to do… Thank you very much. The one that was done came out beautiful ….

Great product! Arrived damaged
Your product is great! We love how it came out. However, it arrived with damage on the back of the supports. It's usable but I don't feel I should have a smashed one for the price. I took photos of the packaging, because there was a hole in the box. Not your fault but is part of my overall experience.
Follow up. The company replied and is reprinting the piece! I will definitely do more business with them!

Poor Quality Canvas and Frustrating Support
Very disappointed with my experience with Canvas Works. The canvas print arrived with terrible packaging, and the UPS delivery only made things worse. The canvas and frame were skewed, making the entire piece look crooked and poorly made.
Customer service was extremely frustrating to deal with. Even after I sent clear photos showing the damage and defects, they continued asking for more pictures instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality and customer support.
Overpriced product, poor workmanship, and terrible customer service. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
