I sent a frame capture from a video. The resolution was not great. The Canvasworld designer was concerned and reached out to inform me and even offered to manipulate the resolution. I very much appreciated it, but I had to have that particular shot enlarged to 40x60. It turned out great! It's not crisp but it has an ethereal, abstract vibe which is perfect for my wall.

First order was lost in delivery process. Customer service corrected it and sent a new shipment quickly and with no issues.

Print is a little pixelized but we got a very large (60x40) stretched canvas. Otherwise, really like the print for the price!

Prints came out perfectly. First time I've ever gotten my photography on canvas, will be ordering more.

I had had several photo canvases done by CanvasWorld and all were receved in excellent quality. The latest photo I submitted to them was a keepsake photo of my beautiful late wife and myself that I wanted on a large framed canvas. When I received it there was vertical line in the canvas across my wife's left eye with a diaganol line coming off of it. When I advised CanvaWorld of the defect, they not only immediately resolved the issue, but sent me a new framed canvas in perfect condition and shipped it airfreight!! That's what I call outstanding customer servie. I will continue to do business with them in the future, and I would highly recommend CanvasWorld to anyone wishing to turn their precious photos into works of art.

Love how Canvas World will not print the canvas until you are certain it is the way you want it! Thank you for double checking before you put the canvas together.

The canvass iamge was what I was looking for and met expectations. However, the packaging was not adequate and the wood frame on which the canvass was mounted on, was broken on arrival. I had to remove the canvass from the broken frame and remount it before inserting it into a decorator frame that I already had. More work than I expected and should not have been necessary. Please advise.

The final portrait looks exactly as I remember my precious little dog. The satin finish prevents glare so he looks great from any angle. It’s hard not to cry but most of the time I smile and remember our 15 years together.

I ordered 2 18X24 canvas prints. One was detailed, sharp and clear and the other was blurry and washed out. After sending several photos of the blurry print they wrote it off to the nature of canvas prints. Then they offered a 55% discount if I wanted to keep the print and the amount offered wasn't 55% of the cost. I am returning the print and taking my business elsewhere.

However one of the wood pieces came loose and my husband had to fix it. Also it was a galley wrap and there was a fold in the wrap on one side.

Canvas World was great! They were patient with the 2 edits I requested and we absolutely love the picture of our queen doggie! Exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend!!
