From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We received prompt answers to all our questions, along with a detailed rough estimate by email, which helped us decide on the best option before committing. A site visit was then arranged very quickly to discuss the practicalities and the best locations for the units.

What really impressed me was that, despite several changes and additional requests from us during the planning stage, they honoured the original fixed-price quotation without any hesitation.

The original estimate was for a two-day installation of three indoor units and two outdoor multi-split unit serving them. Incredibly, the team of three (Farhan, Mohamed and Imran) completed everything in a single day, working around nine hours until 7 pm, without ever compromising on quality.

The installation itself was exceptionally neat and clean. They treated our home with great care, kept the work areas spotless throughout the day, and when they left there was literally nothing for us to clean up.

One thing that really stood out was their professionalism. They suggested a much better and more complicated route for the pipework than the one originally planned. It required considerably more work for them, but it resulted in a far cleaner, more discreet installation. It was obvious they weren’t looking for the quickest or easiest solution—they genuinely wanted to achieve the best possible result for the customer.

Farhan was excellent from beginning to end. His knowledge and experience gave us complete confidence that we were in safe hands. He wasn’t simply agreeing with everything we suggested to secure the job. Instead, he took the time to explain the pros and cons, advised us against options that could cause problems in the future, and recommended what was genuinely the right solution. We had other companies visit us beforehand who were happy to accept our ideas without pointing out the risks.

Their price was competitive. They were absolutely worth every penny. This is the kind of company where you can hand over the keys, leave them to get on with the work, and come back knowing the job will have been completed to the highest standard.

I have a very high bar when it comes to workmanship, particularly for neat, level installations with minimal visible pipework and attention to detail. They exceeded my expectations in every respect.

I would highly recommend Farhan, Mohamed, Imran and the entire team. We couldn’t be happier with the result.

Showed up on time, really professional, had everything they needed for the job. Clearly very experienced with air conditioning and handled a complex repair for us in one visit. Gave a quote beforehand and stuck to it. Willing to explain everything they were doing and why. Had lots of tips and tricks from many many years of experience. AC has been working perfectly since they left. Friendly and professional.

We had quotes from 3 companies, and booked a 4th, (which said they couldn't fit us in for over a month). Mohammad from CapCool immediately filled us with confidence, from what he described, including the placement of the condensers outside.

As soon as we confirmed we were using them, they booked in the electrician and the installation and we were ready to go right before the heatwave! So quick and efficient!

They also offered the best price. One of the other ones tried to match it by offering an unknown brand.

The installation was so clean, you hardly knew they were there. We don't have to retouch anything with paint. Amazing!

From the beginning to the end.

Very happy with the service I got from CapCool. I emailed a bunch of companies about a single-room aircon install, and most of them didn't even bother to reply. CapCool responded really quickly, asked me to send them a video of the room I wanted it installed in. With this they gave me a price which I was happy with. They took their time on installation day and did a quality job - no slap-dash rush job, or dodgy on the day antics to up the price. Just good quality service from enquiry to installation. I've already recommended them to a friend.

From the beginning, Capcool were professional, honest and very communicative. Mohammed came do a survey on the same day we contacted him and he was very generous with his time - spending 45 minutes assessing our house as some of our walls are on a weird angle. He was realistic and very reliable - not like other companies who try to upsell you or are not forefront about the risks. We felt in very safe hands.

Mohammed and Farhan fit us in really quickly and managed to get the work done in one day, and during a pretty hot day. The units are great, the finish is perfect and we’re incredibly happy with our choice. I really feel they went the extra mile for us.

Right from the initial appointment to discuss what we needed, through to the finished installation they were professional and courteous, and have carried out what looks to be a great installation, leaving things tidy. Everything looks good, inside and out, and works even better than I hoped.

I wasn’t too sure if I was making the right choice after, somebody had over spoken about having air-conditioning unit put in my house due to I have a nine meter extension, I decided to give it a go after I saw the unit on the wall and how it was done put on the wall trunking on the outside of the house on the side of the wall outside totally hidden you can only see the unit it was a excellent job outstanding brilliant. I will definitely recommend This company that has done a brilliant job. Capcool air-conditioning I’m so happy with it. I can’t at any more then outstanding job? Well done.
