Order is a no show after two months of waiting !
I made a purchase on the 4th December and it is now February 10th and still no delivery! I have been in contact with them and they advised that my order was sent to Poland by mistake and is now on its way to me which was two weeks ago but when I checked my tracking again it seems it is still in Poland. I have been very patient and understanding up until now but there is only so much understanding a customer can take. These were meant to be Xmas presents but that clearly isnât the case anymore, I am extremely disappointed and now I find out my card has been scammed from the same country Caphunters are based, Iâm not pointing fingers here but itâs all too much of a coincidence. I am now asking for full refund as I have given up hope that my order is on the way. Stay clear from this website unless you want to play Russian roulette with your money !

Ho ordinato un cappello il 17 dicembre, pagando per le spedizione in 48h, il cappello mi Ú arrivato il 22 gennaio, più di un mese dopo.
Gli scrivevo ogni settimana per ottenere aggiornamenti e non sapevano dirmi niente, mai aiutata né assistita.
Per di più ti mandano il cappello allâinterno della busta morbida tipo Shein, senza neanche niente allâinterno della boina per mantenere la forma o evitare di rovinare il prodotto.
Oltre al fatto che mi hanno messo la busta di Caphunters allâinterno, rotta e con un buco da bruciatura di sigaretta, inspiegabile.
Infine la scritta si Ú già scucita da una parte.
Con tutti i soldi che chiedono Ú una follia.

Delivery Date Changed at the Last Minute
I ordered the cap a week ago and the estimated delivery date was between 19th and 23rd of December. On the 23rd, the status changed to âwe cannot estimate a delivery date.â This is right before Christmas, and the cap was meant to be a gift.
The item was sent from Spain, but this was not clearly communicated at the time of ordering, especially as the website uses a UK domain. If I had known this, I would have reconsidered the purchase. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to poor communication and unreliable delivery information.

Like a lot of people have said, STAY AWAY from these scammers. Sent cap back and have proof of postage to say delivered on 22nd November, a month down the line and no refund. Ivy at customer service blatantly lied to me and said not received it back when clearly have as I have proof of postage. Absolutle scum bags. DO NOT USE

Assumed was UK based by the cap is being sent over from Girona. Couldâve purchased from pitsea market if I wanted a fraud.
Tracking info only states the day they accepted my order.

Ordered 3 caps from caphunters.co.uk. What arrived was a damaged, unsealed box⊠and apparently only part of ordee. The delivery photo even shows the box open, so clearly my caps decided to escape mid-journey.
Tracking? Non-existent for weeks. Only later did it become clear the order was shipped from outside the UK, giving strong dropshipping-from-China vibes.
To make things worse, the print donât look genuine or original, which raises even more questions.
Sent proof, contacted support â it was the classic game of ânot our problemâ
Seller blames courier, courier probably blames gravity. End result: missing items and lost money.
If you like surprises (and not the good kind), this might be the shop for you. I personally wanted caps, not a mystery.

I submitted a return to this company . They provided me with a return label to Spain. Which I printed and sent the cap by post using international shipping which cost me 15 pounds. After two weeks the cap came back . Return was not accepted without explanation. When I complain to customer service they send me a new free return label . But this time to the UK where I'm from and where postage will cost me no more than 5 pounds. When I asked why I had to send my return to Spain and spend 15 pounds new one - the free one is to the UK and why I couldn't send it to the UK in the first place I got a rude answer that I should be happy with my free return opportunity. I asked why I couldn't send it to the UK in the first place and got no answer. Then I asked why my return was turned back from Spain and no answer. Then I asked to refund my 15 pounds because they provided me with the wrong return label and said I should be happy with my free return. And the conversation goes on and on in a circle like this . Caphunters refuse to take responsibility. Communication with them is more than painful. They do not care about their customers and fair business. They advised me wrong and I lost my money and they don't care.
