2 mint holding rule on this propfirm on instant accont is very bad. I put trade and give 60 pips SL but at the same time a Trump tweeted and within sceonds SL hit. They soft breach my account. I should not recomend to buy instant account on this propfirm.
I had a great experience with Capiffy Prop Firm. The evaluation process was clear, and the support team was responsive whenever I had questions. Most importantly, I received my first payout today without any issues, and the process was smooth and fast.

Capiffy is 100% legit. But I believe certainly rules are add some difficulties for example 2 minutes holding rule on instant account.
Hopefully they'll remove the rules soon or make it more easier.
My experience with this prop firm was very disappointing. In my opinion, some of their rules seem designed to make traders fail rather than succeed.
The first issue is the 2-minute minimum trade duration. You are not allowed to close a trade before 2 minutes, even if the market moves against you immediately. A stop loss can be hit within seconds, but manually closing early to reduce risk is considered a rule violation.
The second issue is the lot size restriction after a losing trade. If you close a trade in a loss, you cannot open the next trade with a larger lot size. Doing so can result in your account being breached. This rule is extremely restrictive and doesn't reflect how many legitimate traders manage risk.
I would not recommend this prop firm unless they make these rules much fairer and more trader-friendly.
**Beware of This Funded Trading Company**
My experience with this company was very disappointing.
The trading platform frequently lagged, and there were times when I could not place Buy or Sell orders. Even when orders were executed, they often took time to appear on the screen, leading to confusion and missed trading opportunities.
My account was terminated after I opened a **third 0.01 lot trade**, even though the platform allowed the trade to be executed. If three trades are not permitted, the system should block the order instead of accepting it and then closing the account.
Despite reporting these issues, the company refused to refund or restore my account, and customer support did not provide a satisfactory solution.
Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this company until its platform, rule enforcement, and customer support are significantly improved.

Your account was breached because it violated a specific published trading rule — opening three consecutive trades in the same pair and same direction. This rule is publicly listed on our Rules page, accepted via T&C at the time of purchase, and applied automatically to every account without manual intervention or exception.
In your conversation with our support team, you acknowledged multiple times that you were not aware of this rule before trading ("I was't know that", "i was't aware that"). We appreciate the honesty, but this admission confirms that the breach occurred because the published rules were not reviewed prior to trading — not because the system acted unfairly. Per our terms, and per standard prop firm industry practice, reviewing the rules before opening any position is each trader's responsibility.
On your other points: Capiffy does not support MT5 (all trading is done through our native platform, as stated in our platform info), and our terms clearly state that breached accounts are not eligible for refunds or resets.

Beware of Scams in the Funded Trading Market!
Very disappointing experience.
The trading platform has serious issues. The charts frequently lag, making it difficult to trade properly. Many times I was unable to place Buy or Sell orders, and when an order was placed, it did not appear on the screen immediately, causing confusion and missed trading opportunities.
On top of the technical problems, the company refused to provide a refund or return my account after I reported these issues. The support was not helpful in resolving my concerns.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend purchasing a funded account from this company until these technical and customer support issues are properly addressed.
2 days before also same thing happen my account is not breach and due to you technical issue u had closed my account and after certain Proof u had open . so where that Part is true that you system i 100% or 50% worthful . its just hit and try and i will aware People not fall in this i will upload videos also to aware people.

On platform performance: Our charting and order execution systems are monitored 24/7 with uptime logs available for audit. During the period in question, platform latency averaged under 200ms with no reported outages. If specific order timestamps could be shared with our support team, we will investigate them individually.
On the refund and account restoration request: Our records indicate that the account in question was closed following a validated Daily Loss Limit breach, not a technical fault. All rule enforcement decisions are backed by risk engine logs which we are happy to share with the account holder directly. Refunds and resets on rule-based breaches are not offered, as this policy applies equally to every trader on our platform.

I had a very disappointing experience with Cappify's funded account rules and support.
Before trading, I contacted support and specifically asked whether I could open multiple positions on the same asset (Gold/XAUUSD). Support clearly told me that:
I could open multiple trades in the same direction.
There was no quantity issue.
Opposite-direction trades were not allowed, but same-direction trades were fine.
Based on that information, I opened only 3 BUY positions on XAUUSD, each separated by around 2 minutes. I was not firing 10+ orders within seconds or trying to manipulate exposure.
Despite this, my account received a Soft Breach for "Layering."
What makes this frustrating is that their own rules describe layering as opening many positions at once to artificially build oversized exposure, and even use an example of opening 10 buy positions within seconds.
My trading behavior was nothing like that.
If opening just 3 trades, spaced by 2 minutes, is considered layering, then the rules should clearly state that. Instead, support explicitly confirmed that opening multiple same-direction trades was allowed, and I relied on that information.
This creates a situation where:
Support gives one interpretation.
The platform enforces another.
The trader is penalized for following the guidance they received.
Consistency and transparency are essential for any prop firm. Unfortunately, my experience with Cappify has been the opposite. I hope they improve their communication and clearly define what is and isn't allowed so traders aren't caught by vague or contradictory rule interpretations.

Update on this case:
We want to clarify this for the benefit of all traders.
Our layering rule does apply from 3 or more same-direction positions on the same asset. This is consistent with how most prop firms define and enforce layering. The rule exists to prevent artificial exposure stacking, regardless of spacing.
However, in this specific case, our support team communicated the rule incorrectly, which led to a genuine misunderstanding. That was our error, not the trader's. The soft breach has already been removed, and the account is fully restored.
We have since updated our support guidelines to ensure this rule is communicated accurately going forward.

I would advise traders to stay very cautious with this firm. What made this situation look suspicious to me was the aggressive pre-launch promotion from certain influencers before the company was even properly established.
In particular, a YouTube channel called “Forex Insights” repeatedly hyped Cappify for weeks using lines like 'A NEW FIRM IS COMMING', 'SITE IS UNDER DEVELOPMENT' , “it’s coming very soon,” “almost launched,” and “big things are coming,” which raises questions about possible insider involvement or undisclosed partnerships.
The channel itself also lacks transparency. It appears to be operated by Kamal Kumar, a Pakistani individual presenting the channel as Indian-focused, while never properly introducing himself or clearly disclosing who is behind the CHANNEL. In the financial industry, transparency matters, especially when promoting a new prop firm where traders are expected to spend money on challenges and trust the company with payouts.
Some additional red flags:
* No MT4/MT5 support
* Excessive influencer marketing before launch
* Lack of transparency about ownership and operations
* No established long-term reputation or verified track record yet
The prop firm space already has many firms that appear quickly and disappear just as fast. Traders should avoid blindly trusting influencer promotions and should wait for real transparency, verified payouts, and a proven history before risking their money.

Yes, we are a newer firm. We have never claimed otherwise. But being new does not mean being unreliable — and the traders who have gone through our evaluation and requested payouts have been paid. That is the only track record that actually matters in this industry.
On MT4/MT5 — we don't offer them because we built our own trading platform. That was a deliberate choice, not a limitation. Traders who have used it know what we mean.
We understand that caution is healthy in the prop firm space. There are firms out there that do disappear. We are not one of them, and the way we prove that is simple — we keep paying our traders.

I just started using this firm. I haven't gotten a payout yet, but the conditions seem good so far, and the TradingView integration directly on their website is really easy to use.
I'll keep you posted and update you once I get my first payout.
I decided not to purchase a challenge after looking into this firm. The biggest red flag for me is that they don't offer MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, or any other established third-party trading platform. Everything appears to be done through their own website, which makes it difficult to trust the execution, pricing, and transparency.
There is also very little independent information available about the company, very few verified trader reviews, and no long track record of successful payouts.
