We've worked with C&T over a long period, and their approach has always felt commercial and practical. We were mainly supported by Ibrahim Okasha, whose background in M&A was invaluable; he worked closely with us and helped steer us through the whole journey.

We starting working with Rory fromCapital and Trust in January 2025 and felt very comfortable form the outset. From his knowledge of the market and the time he spent getting to know our business, to the speedy and efficient introductions to potentially suitable and interested parties and finally to a completed sale. We felt initially lucky to have offers relatively quickly but unfortunately the first deal fell through with the buyer attempting to change the criteria of the deal at a late stage. This came as a massive shock to both us and Rory but we started again very quickly and were able to conclude a deal in December. We were kept informed and updated regularly and Rory was always available to answer any queries that cropped up or provide some general advice or views. There was never any feeling of pressure to move forward to make a decision, it was very much done at our pace.

I've had the pleasure of working with Capital & Trust on a number of wealth management M&A opportunities over the last few years, and my experience has been consistently positive.
