Spam messages / relentless / fake “pre approvals”. Responded to an email that said they had reviewed my Dun and Bradstreet file and pre approved me for a 500k plus loan. Funny thing is that I don’t have a DB file or an Experian business profile. Kept asking for tax returns and bank statements Made numerous fake statements and couldn’t explain when questioned on how they had my imaginary credit profile

They will consistently send auto emails for years, multiple times a month, once they somehow get your name, even when you ask them to stop multiple times and when you mark the emails as spam they send from different emails. They are terrible.

I don’t know Jesse’s exact role within the company, but his business insight, thoughtfulness, and empathy were immediately evident and made me feel truly heard and respected.
